absolute fuckwaffle / pectoral stretches

  • basically any stretches where you hold your arms behind your back and puff your chest out, keeping shoulders back and blades together
  • lace hands behind your head/top of neck, your elbows pointing out to the sides. allow your head to fall back into hands as you open chest and squeeze shoulder blades together

traitor / neck retraction

  • lay down or lean back on a flat surface and tuck your chin into your neck. hold it there for a bit, relax into usual state, then repeat
  • drop your head in different directions to relieve tension held there

jackass / drop shoulders

and then there's this asshole / superman exercise (yes it's really called that)

  • lay on your belly with arms fully extended over head and legs straight back; look straight down. contract your glutes (clench your butt) to lift your legs and arms off the the floor towards the ceiling. stop when you feel a flex in your lower back, hold for a second, then return to start.
  • wiggle out with a brief cat/cow (arch back up, arch back down) to relieve the last of tension if needed

• having a sub sit on my lap in my wheelchair, then I’d subtly roll the wheels back and forth so she feels some friction till she’s panting in my ear to roll us somewhere more private

• a sub wearing a collar and leash pushing me in my wheelchair, and at any point I can yank on the chain and pull them close to kiss or whisper in their ear

• using my cane to hold the door open for someone

• a sub on her hands knees in front of me, and I use the tip of my cane to lift her chin and look at me

• holding my femmes purse or phone in my rollator basket so she doesn’t have to carry them herself

• letting my partner sit in the rollator seat while I use it to walk around so they can kick their cute feet and look up at me

Can my fellow white lesbians please for the love of fuck learn the difference between a stud and a stemme? Not every black lesbian is automatically a stud!! Some of them are femme and just cause it doesn’t look like white feminity doesn’t mean it’s masc! It’s femme!
