Just finished a stack of these!
[ID Stack of knitted caps with short liripipes and tassels, in shades of grey and red. End ID]
Works up easy, looks so cute, great stash-buster left over jesrsey yarn.
Minor tweaks: I did find knitting on a 5mm needle worked better for my tension and head size, and I preferred to start with a line of purl before starting the first band of seed stitch.
But I had a lot of fun with this. Thanks for posting the pattern, OP!
