Last week I had a bigoted asshole be absolutely racist and vile in my dms and since then I've been terrified of losing my 12+ yo blog, here is a link to my archive in case you all need proof I've been here for more than a decade.

I can't avoid asking for help anymore, if it were just me I would just let myself due but our kids, my partner, our cats and my in-laws do not deserve to go hungry.
We have kids and elderly, we have 4 diabetics at home, the insulin went bad after a blackout and the replacement we got is not enough.
We need help affording groceries, bills and my meds.
Our eldest son is still suicidal with dysphoria and we missed his second appointment at the trans clinic due to lack of money. We want to get back on track.
My healthcare renewal is this january 20th or I will lose it and I can't lose it.
I have less than 4hrs to get my meds today before the pharmacy closes at 9pm.
And I need to pay my healthcare please 😭

New age beliefs make a lot more sense once you understand that their definition of a "healthy" human being is superhuman. There is a general belief that all humans are , at all times, being poisoned by the myriad excretions of modernity, which dampens our superhuman abilities. These can be regained through a ritual purification of consuming seed oils and whatnot. The core of the new age is the invention of a lack that then needs to be filled.
Ever had high fructose corn syrup after a month or so of not having any? You feel kinda foggy and lethargic. I think a lot of new age beliefs about the body are based on logic like that, taken to an extreme. High fructose corn syrup doesn't just make you drowsy, it is a spiritual poison.
"Just fucking transition already" in all its forms is necessary counterculture to the endless fucking eggslop that litters the trans internet. "When you wish you were a—" No. You are one. Transition about it. Quit romanticising the closet.
An addendum for those who cannot safely transition now: you're fine, you can make sure you're in a good position beforehand. Love to you all.
Working on getting to a situation where you can safely socially/medically transition counts as part of transition tbh
This includes finding community with other trans people, online or offline, and learning what your options are from others who've been in the same situation as you. Find mutual aid groups operating close to you, find out what your options are for accessing transition care, learn what you can do about your specific situation.
There's help to be found. You don't have to be alone in the closet.
