Haunted Locations (Part 2)

What creatures cause hauntings? >Ghosts? >Ghouls? >Demons? >Other creatures?

Why do they “haunt” an area? >Are they trying to scare away predators? >Are they trying to keep kids off their lawns? >Are they trying to attract mates? >Are they bored?

What areas do they usually haunt? >Does it depend on the type of being doing the haunting? >Do they tend to be the places that humans think they would be? (Burial grounds, locations of deaths, etc)

Can humans tell these areas are “haunted”? >Who started the rumor that the areas are haunted? A human? The creature doing the haunting?

What do these “hauntings” usually consist of? >Humans being pranked? >Humans being tortured or killed? >Creatures acting like they normally do?

If the creature doing the “haunting” did not spread the rumor that the area was haunted, what would the creature think of such a reputation?

Haunted Locations (Part 1)

How frequently are places “haunted”?

What places are said to be haunted? >Locations of homicides? >Locations of suicides? >Burial grounds? >Battle grounds? >Forests, lakes, etc?

What “proof” of hauntings exist? >“Unaltered” photos or film? >A series of events that “can’t be coincidences”? >“Eyewitness” testimonies?

What occurrences happen at a “haunted” location? >The appearance of strange lights? >Odd or eerie sounds? >Objects moving “on their own”? >Doors closing/opening? >People getting lost/“never returning”?

If a place is “haunted”, who first discovered it? >The owner of the land or one of their employees? >Someone who dislikes the owner of the land? >An actually unrelated person who is not being paid?

If your character forgot to do an assignment, and only realized they had forgotten it a few minutes before it was to be submitted, what would they do? >Would they admit they forgot? >Would they quickly throw something together? >Would they make up an excuse that puts them in a better light than simply forgetting to do it? >Would they do something else?

How easily can your character admit when they’ve done something wrong? (Includes doing things incorrectly, saying or writing something factually incorrect on accident, or doing something close to immoral or illegal.)

If your character were to start playing an instrument they did not yet own, would they purchase a cheap instrument, rent a cheap instrument, purchase an expensive instrument, or rent an expensive instrument?
