Hello everyone! I haven't posted in a long time, due to life being an absolute disaster. But I am back, and alive once more :). I'm posting and managing this fundraiser on behalf of my wonderful friend A, who is living in very unsafe conditions currently. They've been through the wringer, and need some help getting to a safer place so that they can begin to heal.

If you like so many of us, are feeling overwhelmed by the current state of political affairs, and like there is nothing you can do to protect your friends, neighbors, and community, please know that you are not powerless to act. Sharing this post helps a Black trans woman in our community survive. Contributing even a small amount, like the cost of a cup of coffee, is helpful. Please read, send to friends, and help A meet their goal! The fight against fascism and state violence is daunting as hell; it is in small actions that we take for community that change is also affected.

A is a fellow artist and organizer who has fallen on hard times. As our political climate worsens by the day, it is people like A who will face the brunt of its violence first.
