Refund policy
Welcome to the “no-regret” shopping zone. At Ever Lasting, we offer 7 days no-questions-asked return policy. This means if you don’t absolutely enjoy it, you can return it back to us!
We want you to love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns on eligible items that meet the conditions below.
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and items must be in original, unused condition. This includes:
- Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
- Still in original folded shape
- Includes all original packaging, such as the fabric bag, product tags, and any inserts
- Free of odors, pet hair, or stains
- Not stretched, wrinkled, or altered in any way
Bedding that has been unfolded or returned without its original packaging (e.g., fabric bag) will be considered used and is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or purchased during sales/events explicitly stated as non-returnable

Furniture: Non-returnable due to size and nature. If damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos

Specialty Loungewear: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
Return Process
Start a Return:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide the following:
- Order number
- Description and clear photos showing the item’s condition
- Photos of packaging and shipping label
Get Approval:

Once reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions. This will include:
- Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- A return slip to include inside your package
- Instructions for labeling your package

Important: All return instructions must be followed exactly. Returns without the RMA number, missing the return slip, or improperly labeled may be rejected and returned to sender.
Send It Back:
- Ship the item using a trackable, insured shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.
Inspection and Refund:
- Once your return is received and inspected and approved, we will process your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping and taking clear photos of the package before sending.

Refunds, store credits, or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the item’s condition and the evidence provided.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied for items that show signs of mishandling, are missing packaging, or require extensive repackaging.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier once the item is in transit.

Refund Policy
Successfully returned items that pass our inspection will receive either full refunds or partial refunds. Customers have a choice of receiving a full refund via store credit or a partial refund through its original payment method.
For original method refund, there is a 30% restocking fee which is subtracted from your refund. This fee includes shipping, material, and labor costs that are associated with your order. These measures are set for our small business due to higher costs in production and to help reduce fabric waste.
