I have my own thoughts about "pedophile liberation" that I've been trying to examine and reify since this whole bullshit started, but there are two base assumptions that have literally always been clear to me and it blows my MIND that other queer people aren't reading the obvious fucking writing on the wall

1) paraphilias exist. people have them. our psychological framework to categorize and understand them is racist and ableist and sexist and transmisogynistic, but whatever you want to call them and however you want to analyze them, people are going to have them. they aren't going away

2) as soon as you have designated a group as "okay to kill", any person can be killed by being labelled as part of that group. rights disintegrate and ESPECIALLY rights for those that the social and political hegemony take issue with
