rothko in the turner gallery???
ALTI can’t get it right in the photo but going absolutely bonkers over the way the colors just like. blur across from the rothko (1950) to the turner (1845). this whole room is full of these abstract colors it’s like they’re bleeding between the picture frames with no regard for time

I don't think I've ever in my life been on the waterloo & city line it's like a fictional thing to me they just invented for the signs
finally on the waterloo & city line at 11:30pm somewhat tipsy (kind of surreal to begin with tbh) & I’m in tears over the map of the line in the carriages. help
ALTI want to make ebelskivers but the ebelskiver pans haven't been cleaned from the fire yet so now I have a little lot of scrubbing to do

it's so funny how openly people on this site hate on ancient literature or authors they've clearly never even read
it’s not that people aren’t allowed to dislike or make fun of ancient literature, because god knows I do enough of that and I study it, so much as like. do you hate/make fun of it in an “I’ve read the relevant work and am aware of the cultural context so this is an informed dislike/mockery” way or an “I read a couple unsourced posts on tumblr and now think I’m an expert & the work is Bad” way. because if it’s the latter I’m immediately discounting it
