We're so excited to hear that you're interested in joining UniReach -- Oxbridge's leading student-run access organisation!
UniReach is a fast growing EdTech charity that supports students from state school and disadvantaged backgrounds to apply to top universities, starting with Oxford and Cambridge Universities.
Over the last three years, we've been able to support over 300 applicants. And the data shows we're very effective: in our 2020 admissions cycle, an estimated 57% of our mentees received an offer at Oxford -- that's three times the typical offer rate!
Join our mission to give every student a fair chance at their dream university by answering the questions below.
We have roles available in:
- Operations: help us build upon our existing web platform, run workshops for schools, liaise with developers, recruit more mentors, and develop our long-term strategy.
- Finance: help us raise money through grants and funding motions, negotiate with potential sponsors, and explore new revenue channels.
- Social Media: help us grow our newly verified YouTube channel by filming and editing content, leveraging your network, and coming up with ideas to keep our audience excited.
- Resources: help us create the resources you wish you had access to when applying, from supracurricular recommendations, to past paper explanations, to mock interviews, and more.
- Tech: join a team of developers in creating our new mobile application. 3+ months experience in Swift, Kotlin ideal, though not mandatory. For enthusiastic newcomers to coding, training will be provided.
Applications close Sunday 22nd January (EOD).
Time commitment is flexible, with maximum expectation of 3 hours a week for non-tech roles. Tech roles will be completed during the vacation.
