1. PAYMENT:
All Payments are to be through Boosty, in rubles via PayPal, full prepayment
Work on the commission will not commence until payment is made.
2. RIGHTS RETAINED BY THE ARTIST:
As the artist, I retain the rights to display any and all commission pieces and WIPS (works in progress) on my social media account/s as part of my portfolio. I also retain the right to be associated with the work.
3. COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL:
You (the commissioner) agree to exempt me (the artist) from any lawsuits or disputes in regards to copyrighted material/s the commissioner provided to the artist. You hereby agree that all materials you provide to me for the purpose of completing the commission- such as but not limited to character designs/logos- are materials in which you lawfully own the copyright to, is free for commercial use
4. REVISION LIMIT:
Each commission piece comes with 4 free changes/adjustments. Additional fees will apply to any revisions made after this amount that are not due to the Artist's error.
5. Refund Policy
Due to how Boosty operates, I cannot refund payments through this platform. If a refund is desired, the order will be replaced with another order of similar value (or more expensive order with an additional surcharge on your part)
I will not replace the drawing with another if work on it has already begun.
6. ATTRIBUTION:
The Commissioner (you), must properly identify the Artist as the Work's Creator. The Commissioner (you) has no responsibility to display the Artist's name besides the work. However, the Commissioner must not mislead people into believing that the work was created by anyone other than the Artist.
7. COMMERCIAL USEAGE:
By commissioning me you automatically agree to use the commissioned artwork for personal use/Non-Commercial use UNLESS it is otherwise agreed upon in writing by me, the artist. Commercial use licencing will incur additional charges, which will be discussed upon inquiry.
7.a) PRINT/PHYSICAL COPIES:
Non-Commercial Commissioned artwork may be printed (posters, t-shirts, stickers) PROVIDED the amount printed does NOT exceeding the amount of 5 per method.
Eg: You may print x5 T-shirts and 5x Stickers. But NOT x6 T-shirts and x6 Stickers.
(Vinyl stickers, Sticker Sheets, and Washi-Tape all fall under the general method: stickers. You can not print 5 rolls of washi tape AND 5 Vinyl stickers. The total of 'stickers' must not exceed 5)
If you'd like to print your commission more than 5 times, we can discuss commercial licencing.
7.b) DIGITAL DISPLAY:
Non-Commercial Commissioned artwork may be used for icons on social media provided their not business accounts. If it's for a business account it counts as Commercial Use. Art displayed on Personal Websites, Youtube, Twitch, Picarto, and other streaming services fall under Commercial Usage. This includes but isn't limited to Splash Art, Emotes, Banner Art, Description Decals, Png-Tubers and more. If your unsure if your intended use falls under commercial, don't hesitate to reach out to discuss with me.

8. NFTS / NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS:
Commissioned artwork must never be used to create NFTs. Commercial or Non-Commercial.
9.REFERENCE INFORMATION
You can attach any SFW or NSFW references or just accompanying pictures if you don't have references. I also accept text descriptions and analogs similar to your ideas about the character
10. WORK PROCEDURE AND DEADLINES
The deadline is one month from the moment of payment AND sending me your referenses. During the entire period of work, I send the commissioner (you) the WIPs. if you need to get the work by a certain date (urgent order) I can do it faster for an additional fee, which is negotiated individually.
