That's alright and I do actually have a bit of advice is whenever you think about your tulpa try to talk to them about those thoughts about what you'd like to do with them how you imagine they'd be like stuff like that and also to try and have a consistent time where you focus on your tulpa but don't worry if you do it an hour or an hour early as the when doesn't matter but how long and how often do
Oh and I doubt all of your progress actually was undone I am sure there's still a sizeable chunk that's left
