Please read my Tos before you commission me.

Payment:
All prices are in USD.
Transactions should be settled with PayPal.
All Prices are inclusive of PayPal’s payment processing charges.
Price negotiations are not allowed. Insistence can lead to your restriction.
The indicated prices are not binding.
Every client must pay the payment up front for services – Payment plans for $75 and more are possible.
You are not entitled to a refund unless:
-I am unable to finish your commission in three months after you have commissioned me.
-Each alteration you request will reset the cut-off date. You are restricted on any rights on the (parts of the) artwork I did if you request for a refund.
-I haven’t started with the commission for over three months.

Rights:

All rights and ownership of my Artwork is explicitly restricted to me.
I have the right to refuse any commission with reason(s) whatsoever.
I can repost and use any of my Artworks wherever I want.
You have the right to repost/use the artwork I did only for you wherever you want as long as it’s for personal use.
Giving credit is welcome but not needed.
You cannot claim any rights on WIPs (work-in-progress) of any artwork.
You are not allowed to edit my artworks - you are not allowed to let other artists or somebody else edit my artwork.
(For example: You are not allowed to ask other artists to color sketches/lines I did for you, but it also includes photo filters, erasing something or cutting something out. If you want to use a part of a picture, ask me before doing it.)
You are not allowed to use my artworks for commercial purposes.
You are not allowed to use/repost any of my artworks unless I prepared them for you.
If you want something commercial/with special rights write me a note –however, be sure that the costs will be higher than usual.

About Artworks:

You will get the final artwork as .png or .gif file. You won’t get any working files likes .psd., .csp .sai or similar.

Normal commissions
1. The initial steps of my drawings are sketches. I will send you the sketch before I start doing anything else on the artwork, so you can decide whether you want to make any adjustment/alteration etc.
When I have finished this step, you are not able to ask for changes anymore! So be sure you are fine with the sketch I made and kindly don’t hesitate to inform/ask me if you desired something else or want something other than I created – in the sketch phase I would be happy to make as many changes as you want.
2. Consequently, I will continue with the lineart and the flat colors and send you this step too, so you can check and inform if I made any mistakes with your markings. When everything is in place I will continue with the Shading, Details and Backgrounds.
3. You are not able to make any changes, not for linearts and not for colors anymore when I initiate me work on shades and/or details and/or backgrounds.

Netiquette and how to get your art faster:

1. Before commissioning me please make sure you read and understand my TOS.
2. Be patient. If you continuously ask what I’ve done on your/other artworks, I might need longer than expected as it causes demotivation for me if you set me under pressure.
3. I don’t accept texts as references (only for references sheets of course) and 3D references. Make sure you have clean and accurate references of your character. It’s also helpful if you want to have a specific pose to send me pictures or photos of a similar pose.
4. If you buy something that costs more than $75 and you need a payment plan – write down a plan about your feasibility and I will try my level best to accommodate you.
