ABOUT PAYMENT
βοΈ All prices are in USD currency.
βοΈ Base prices may change depending of the complexity of the asking piece. You must agree with the quote before your send the payment.
βοΈ Payment must be made in less of 48 hrs, if not you'll lose your slot.
βοΈ Commissions that are $100 or less need to be paid upfront. Pieces more than $100 can be done in payment plans, but full payment must be done in at least two months.
βοΈ Finished piece won't be sent until payment is complete, otherwise you'll have just a thumbnail.
ABOUT PROCESS & COMMUNICATION
βοΈ All communication will be in private (vΓa email, notes or private messages from any social media).
βοΈ Digital commissions will be finished between 1 to 6 weeks (depending of the piece), unless the artist has some difficulties, but will be obligation of this to notify via email to the customer about the delay.
βοΈ After payment is done, in less of a week a sketch will be sent to check if the idea and interpretation of the characters are correct. Changes will be made if there is an error made by the artist, if the client wants to try another idea or make drastic changes there will be an additional charge depending of the complexity of the new request.
βοΈ W.I.P.s can be requested meanwhile of the whole process.
βοΈ The Artist does not necessarily work on commissions on a first-come, first-serve basis. Smaller commissions may be bumped in front of larger commissions for convenience, and several larger projects may be worked on concurrently.
βοΈ The Artist may cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish, or inappropriate. The Client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.
ABOUT THE FINISHED PIECE: DISPLAY, USAGE AND RIGHTS
βοΈ When the commission is complete a full digital image will be sent, the minimum dimensions will be 1500x1500px at 300dpi in RGB format by default.
βοΈ Customer can request changes or fixes if the artist made a mistake when coloring or rendering.
βοΈ Piece will come with a small signature of the artist.
βοΈ The artist has the right to publish the final piece on any personal gallery or website, unless previously has been requested as private or a gitf, in that case an additional quote will be charged since they are been deprived of the right to show their own art.
βοΈ The Client may use the artwork for non-commercial, non-promotional purposes. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself.
ABOUT REFUNDS
βοΈ The client only claim a refund if the artist is taking more than the expected time without a w.i.p. (the amount will depend of the status of the piece).
βοΈ Before the sketch is made the client will receive a refund of 100%. After the sketch is made the refund will be of 50%, it won't have refund if the piece is almost complete.
βοΈ Refunds can be complete or partial, depending of the amount
