Planning for MFF
General
Hey there!
I'm currently starting to plan for everything I need in order to go to MFF.
Though, there's a lot of uncertainty and I wondered if any of you could help me out.
I need to know everything necessary to cross the Canadian Borders to the USA.
From what I heard the land borders will be opened by December so as a last resort I could always drive there, but it's likely over 12h and I rather avoid it if possible.
Right now, my plan is to book a flight.
Likely on Friday the 3rd of December From Montreal to Chicago
Is there anything I need to know or do beforehand?
Would you have any recommendation or tips for travelling in the US or by plane?
In theory, I should be good for everything else. I already have paid the MFF pass and got a room at a nearby hotel.
Thanks!

Check the travel restrictions, you will have to have a covid test within three days of your flight to the US, and then another one before your return trip. You need to plan ahead and find a location in Chicago that can perform the test (check the airport you are flying out of, some of them have a place to provide the service).
Yeah that's essentially the kind of stuff I'd like to know.
