From Chris, Im still here and all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy....

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy....
*coughs* ...Lloyd, I'd sell my soul for a drink :p
ANY ways...I suppose I should get things going and say that as an update, still trying to get a new website going. Not making any headway. Yeah.
But, other than that, I would like to thank those that are still cooking along and contributing to our group!
Somewhere along the line we need to get a new challenge going, so there's that - also by May 9th our group will be 9 years old, so maybe a "nine" challenge? Not sure how that would work :B
Other than that, feel free to chime in and tell me how you are doing so far!

FA+

even if it's not going forward at the moment.
A year ago, on February 3rd was also the time when my first recipe was introduced on FACCC2.
Saw a hysterical thing on X. Someone had a bowl of small potatoes and each colored differently. Because of the egg shortage they were making Easter potatoes.

Still, maybe that could be part of the challenge as well !
Nice thing is, something doesn't need to expensive to be good.
Short-story-long:
One place I worked, the polpette dish was by far and away the most popular on the tapas menu, and the bruschetta was the top seller for appetisers. Both were VERY Good, but not expensive to make.
...of course, the restaurant charged for those like they were on par with the lox carpaccio for the price of ingredients.
(/TL;DR)
Maybe try a budget-friendly fancy theme? Set a price-cap for X number of servings that includes all ingredients?
Just the first idea I came up with. Hope this helps.
They be hatin'
:p
