Death in the Family.

My baby brother just called to tell me my eldest brother passed away this morning.

I don't know all the details yet, nor when the funeral will be held.

I apologize to all my customers. I need to see about a flight to New Orleans.

Oh my God... I'm so so sorry to hear this terrible news... You have my condolences, I know what it's like to lose an immediate family member and it's never easy to go through. By all means, don't worry about the commission, take care of you and your family first, you're all in my thoughts.
