Last week, our 360 died. No biggie, went down to gamestop and purchased a pre-owned. A week later, RRoD. Took back to store for exchange. Clerk takes the console out, and right in front of us, ran his thumbnail over the seal on the back, voiding any exchange, which he said it was already broken. Uh-huh. So we're out of an xbox 360 and the funds it took to buy it. Joy...
