I've planned on it ending this monday, the 8th of September, but I likely won't be announcing the winner of the raffle until that Friday.

In other news, I wanted to say that if I'm taking a while on getting an image out to you from the sale, I apologize, there's just been a lot of things going on right now and I really haven't had enough time to draw as I would have liked to, as evidenced by my lack of activity on the site. This does not mean that I'm cancelling any commissions that I've been paid for or arranged for but it may mean that my timeframe will be stretched. Please bare with me, it's a bit of a struggle to balance all my responsibilities but one of those will remain to be providing my customers with quality work.

This being said, after I finish up the current round of commissions I will be closing up shop for a little while. I'll likely not be uploading very often in the coming weeks and what I do upload will most likely be commissioned images or pages of DIRGE, so long as I can manage to do even that.
I hope everyone is doing well and you can always message me if you'd like to ask me about a concern, if you've bought something or you were planning on it.

PROCEDURAL RULES
I take payment via Paypal, before I start drawing, I need to either be paid in full or receive a first payment. While the client is entitled to a correction after the posting of the image, I reserve the right to begin charging if the client becomes unreasonable with the number of changes requested after or during the commission process. If I am not comfortable with the subject matter I will decline the piece and that is my prerogative, I mean no offense to anyone. Please do not send me repeated messages about your commission, or otherwise. If I do not respond it is either because I am too busy to or I intend to get back to you and I haven't yet. Pestering me daily just makes the process harder for the both of us.

PAYMENT
-Payment is through paypal and must be completed BEFORE the commission can commence, unless there are extenuating circumstances. And if so, you should let me know what the problem is and we can work it out
-Payments are FINAL, refunds will only be issued in the event that I do not believe I will be able to complete the image.
-In the case of an auction,all bids are final. If for some reason you become unable to honor your bid, please contact me.
-In the event that someone is disqualified or banned from an auction, and their bid is the leader at the time, the last bidder will become the leader, and bids will continue if time allows.

RIGHTS
-I reserve the rights to the actual artwork. Owners of characters or concepts depicted will continue to hold rights for their creations
-Commissioners can alter a piece in whatever manner they see fit, SO LONG AS there is not profit involved

PROCESS
- If you would like to contact me about a commission, shoot me a message. This message should include:
-Any visual or written reference you have that would help me draw the subject matter
-What type of commission you'd like (Sketch, flat color, comic, etc)
-Pose and expression preferences - Tell me what you want them doing, haha
-Paypal Address - so that I know it was your money that I've received
-Any special info I should be aware of
- Background ideas if you want one

-Once work is underway, I can keep you updated on progress by sending you WIPs
-When the final image is approved by the commissioner, the piece will be uploaded. A hi-res copy can be sent to the commissioner if they would like it.
- In the ase that the commissioner has a request about editing the image after it has been posted, ONE edit will be available. Message me and I will fix any issue. But be warned, that sometimes it may be too late to edit something depending on the layout of the piece.
-I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason. Rest assured, will not decline you out of spite, but if I find a reason not to do a piece, I have the right to refuse it.
By agreeing to do business with me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service, and therefore forfeiting any claim against paying me the price that is agreed upon, expecting a refund that does not align with the terms I have laid ot for such proceedings, or any actions that violate the listed terms in any way.

On a more personal note, if you start fights or antagonize other users on my page, not only will I report you but you will be banned from my services.
I ask that everyone conducts themselves with some decency. Just don't be an asshole and everyone will be great
