Why my artwork was slow to get started back up

To set the record straight, and clear things up -- I work with two computers. Astoria (beefy desktop computer) and Virago (laptop)
For some Eff'n reason, that even people that work in software engineering background, couldn't figure out, Astoria will NOT play nice with Paint tool Sai, and I use sai because I'm comfortable with it, and I know how it works.
That's key to being a good artist, knowing how to use your tools.
Virago, however can run sai, but is smaller, older and not as powerful... I no longer move the old girl around because I don't know how much longer she has left to live ...
Okay If it's not obvious by now I anthropomorphize important objects. Which isn't a weird practice to do. It shows a level of care you have for something. Some humans don't treat each other like living creatures... but I'm getting off topic...)
So, my solution- because, I'm a stubborn gentleman bastard, who has to do things on his own, I made a cloud system of backups and organization - a Network... The metaphorical Base of operations of Team S3 as it were...
The purpose of this journal is to keep you guys - my fans - in the know of what's going on. I want to be honest and transparent with everything I do. Because, you Lords and Ladies are worth it. You mean the world to me.

I seem to recall SAI2 working at least, but I'm not sure if all the needed features are there yet.
Heck yes.
i recently got an all new rig and certain version of SAI 2 would literally freeze up and cause CPU overloads.
Despite there being no mention of further changes in the changelof on the development site, at some point in early spring the problem got fixed to some extend.
So, maybe try out other versions of SAI1 or 2 and see if they behave differently.
Naturally, SAI 1 is not going anywhere anymore, so if that one is bugged your best bet would be trying out various versions of 2.

Also, I used to cling pretty tightly to stuff like my laptop but now I'm pretty numb to it. However, I still do protect some stuff... Okay, one thing... Okay, a plushie.... <-<
