I had abusive parents also, Though as i got older they became far more Mentally abusive as they began to fear what i was capable of Physically.
Perhaps in time you'll heal as your wounds have......
when I was born, my father was the one to playing and holding me and everything but he asked her if she wanted to hold me and she sound no (my dad told me this) my mom later cheated on my dad for a man who couldnt take care of himself (going from a man who had truck driving job to someone who had to rely on his parents) It got worse over the years, I swear i can write a book on my life
