Need help for VRChat character

Hello good people!
My OC Mad Joe is finished
It is textured and rigged as well

I would love to get him into VRChat so I can finally play as my Character
But I do not know how to port the model from blender to VR Chat.
I wouldn't mind paying it as a commission, however I do not have a lot of money left for this.
I also do not know how much work needs to be done on the character in order to optimize it for VR Chat PC users (and if possible Quests)
