This is just a support post for those having a bad day today, January 20th, 2025, and probably had a bad day back in November. Just note that I'm here for you, and my place is a safe space for you. All I ask is that you stay safe out there because it's becoming an increasingly cruel world. Look out for each other because you'll never know how much your acts of kindness mean to someone.

If however you're not having a bad day today, and you're, in fact, ecstatic. All I ask of you is to cause no trouble in my area. I know you're having your little victory lap, but like don't be a jackass, and like pissing people off for no reason, okay? Just have some empathy.

In other news, it's my Mom's birthday and she's turning 50 years old...I have no idea what a Mid-Life Crisis looks like for women, hopefully, it's not as crazy as the men are when you have guys in their 50s. I better not turn my back and see my mom buy like a Lamborghini or some show-offy sports car in an attempt to look cool and hip.

Thanks for participating for Request Week, but this is the last Request Week I'll be doing for a very long time, as I got accepted into college so I won't have any time for doing requests. But I'll still be doing commissions as usual.

This is an Important update regarding Uploads and Request Week, so read to the very end.

Starting with this December, I'm going to be slowing down on artwork. Usually I'll have 3 drawings uploaded in a week. (one on Sunday, one on Wednesday, and one on Saturday, all posted around 1 in the afternoon during lunch), but as of late I've been trying to get back into school, and get into part-time since commissions are absolutely few and far between.


This may mean I'll have less time during the day to work on 3 drawings a day, and of course less uploads than usual. Starting with December, I'll usually upload at least once every two weeks rather than 3 uploads per week. Basically you'll be waiting longer for new drawings, but to make up for it, I'll usually make my uploads more grander. Quality over Quantity. So expect an animation or two, maybe a comic or two, or maybe just one really good illustration, just to make up for the wait times.


For Winter Solstice Request Week, I'll be reducing the number of daily slots from 6 to 4,, but adding one more day. meaning for a full 7 day week from December 17th to 23rd, there are 28 possible request. Requests will be opened on the 16 of December, but drawing won't be uploaded until the following day.


This could also be the last Request Week I'll be hosting, mostly to make room for Commissions and to put more focus onto other projects that could conflict with RW. I'm not going to say that I'm closing Request Week forever, it's just that like I said, I'll most likely be back at school and doing part-time, so I'm not going to have a lot of time for Requests.


Of Course Suggestions won't change at all. I'm open to suggested art as they could be good ideas for a really good illustration down the line.

And as always Commissions won't change at all, they'll still be open 24/7 unless I say otherwise, but Starting on December 1 up until New Years, to Celebrate 1 year of uploading, Commissions will be at a discounted price.

As of 21:00, Eastern Daylight Time on June 23rd. The Summer Solstice Requests Week is now closed and no more requests will be accepted now.
Even with the low turnout in Furaffinity compared to Deviantart, I 'm eternally grateful for the the few people in Furaffanity that participated and followed the rules. I really appreciate it!

Don't freak out, you'll get another chance at requesting something when Summer turns into fall. The next Request Week will be in the Month of September, from the 17th to the 22nd of that month!
The last of the requests that haven't been finished on Friday will be uploaded on Saturday an d probably the following Sunday, with normal artwork being uploaded somewhat weekly.

This is what I do on Deviantart, that I decided to open on Furaffinity. Every Week of a Solstice or Equinox, I open the floor for request from watchers only, from Sunday to Friday. There are some ground rules to follow in order to participate.

1.You must be a watcher to participate
2. Requests are open from Midnight, Sunday, June 18 until 9:00PM Friday, June 23. (The Time is on Eastern Summer Time, the local time zone in Atlanta). No request will be accepted after that.
3. All drawings will be done in a sketch/faux-watercolor style to keep drawing more streamlined. Try not to request anything too complex, since I got to keep things streamlined.
4. Be patient, I can only do so many drawings in one day, and there are other people around the same time as you. (Older requests are prioritized.) Try not to ask about your request so much. Saturday is usually when I complete any requests I haven't finished.
5. Make your requests from this comment section of this journal or via DMs so that it'll be easier for me to find them.
6. I can draw no more than 3 people per drawing.
7. Be sure to share this post when you do decide to request, to spread the word around. This is only for when you make your first request.
8. You're allowed to request your OC's (I prefer anthro or humanoids), but if you wish to draw someone else's OC, provide some kind of proof of expressed permission.
9. If you want your request to be made private, send me a dm and let me know of that beforehand, otherwise, it'll be published for everyone else to see.
10. NSFW requests are allowed, but there are rules for that as well that your request needs to follow on a separate list.
11. For OC's, provide reference, preferably a model/color sheet.
12. if you wish to specify which pose, use links to references you can find online.
13. Ultimately, I reserve the right to deny any request should you fail to follow any of the rules, I'm pretty no-nonsense, so no foul play, lest there be consequences.

Below are the general rules regarding NSFW content for both Deviantart and Furaffinity
1. NSFW is always allowed so long as you follow these rules, don't try to push the envelope too much. Even I have limits on what I'm willing to draw.
2. You must be 18 yourself to request, since you'll have to in order to get past the mature filter.
3. Deviantart has rules against penetrative stuff being shown without a paywall, but FA is pretty lax with intercourse. DA uploads will be censored.
4. LGBT+ porn is allowed, doesn't matter what or who is doing the dirty, as long as it follows the other rules, there's no reason to say no.
5. All characters must be 18+, and I can't do aged up characters unless it already exists in the show/game/movies's canon.
6. I have a list of stuff above explaining what I won't draw, but it's not complete, or set in stone, be sure to ask before requesting what's allowed.
7. Zoophilia is banned, but interspecies are allowed, since interspecies I usually associate with anthro/furries/gijinka, It's all about can it consent.
Since March, I’ve introduced themes as templates to use for your requests. You don’t have to use them, but they’re there. Each Request week will have different themes.

Theme 1: The Beach and the wild blue.
Summer is that time to hit the beach and enjoy the ocean. Anything related to the beach or the ocean.
Theme 2; Pride
June is the month of LGBT+ Pride. If you are any character that is part of the LGBTQQIP2SAA+ Community, whether it’s an OC or an Headcanon of a Official IP, or an actually Canonically Queer IP, this theme is there to celebrate it. If you request NSFW stuff, the characters must be 18+.
Theme 3: Indie games
March was Nintendo related, so for June, I’m thinking Indie game characters, y’know give some attention to the little guys without the huge billion dollar budgets. Just like for Nintendo, If you request NSFW stuff, the characters must be 18+.

Mostly some bad news
Yeah, There was no way I can determine the winner, and it's mostly from the lack of engagement to blame.

Despite the announcement getting a collective 544 views (487 from Deviantart, 38 from Furaffinity, and 19 from Newgrounds) only 3 people bothered to make a response. We're talking 0.5% of the people who saw the post or related post. That was the turnout of the poll when I closed it at Midnight.

Whatever the reason being for the poor turnout, just note that the Mother's day drawing may be not come until I sort everything out, but just note that I will be doing this again sometime, and hopefully the next time I do a ranked poll, I better see more engagement. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience to the three who voted.


As for the Good news,
I've recently opened a new premium gallery on my Deviantart (https://www.deviantart.com/erinaceusrex-moulton/gallery/87595330/furry-poster-series-), where I post some furry French postcard-esque drawing on there. So far 7 are out on that gallery right now, though I might make them available on Furaffnity for free. The premium gallery is so you can help support me, and to see nude furries a little earlier than usual. I could also create a tip jar or advertise my kofi more often as well.

Don't be shy to comment on my work, all that is required of you is to be kind. You are allowed to suggest a character or scenario (I don't do a lot of fetishes, do keep it tame and vanilla) whenever, but it's not a guarantee that I'll actually do it. Suggestions are ultimately based on my mood.
