Hello and welcome to 2022, I hope you all have been well as could be (all things considered). I am ALIVE and BETTER THAN EVER- getting all my ducks in a row to start making art for an actual living instead of running myself into the ground to benefit the man D:<. Terms of Service

---

Refusal of Service

I. The Artist has full right to refuse service under any circumstance informing Client of denial/refusal of service to commit to working on Commission.
II. If the Commission ordered is deemed by the Artist a subject matter that is not one the Artist will depict, the Commission shall be denied.

Subject Matter

I. The Artist will accept commissions of all ratings (Clean, Mature, Adult) depending on openings. In terms of fetishes/situations, please contact the artist with an inquiry. For Adult work, the Client will be charged an additional fee.
II. The Artist will not create fan-art of copyrighted characters for commission. The artist will create fan-art for request should they be open and the Artist willing.
III. The Client must be aware of style fluctuations. The Artist will work to keep styles consistent.

Copyright and Alterations

I. The Artist has full rights to reproduce the art as seen fit (i.e. selling of prints, portfolio, book of works). All credit for the character design, character, or features will be given to the Client. Any alterations made to the final Commission (removing of signature, recoloring) are prohibited.
II. Should the Client decide to re-post the commissioned piece/pieces elsewhere, proper credit must be given to the Artist. The Client is allowed to use commissioned pieces for non-commercial/non-profit purposes (i.e. icons, banners, role-play images).
III. For an additional fee, the Client will have commercial rights for the artwork.

Prices and Payment

I. Prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, prices listed are base prices.
II. Additional fees for complex characters, markings, multiple characters, and/or content may be charged case-by-case.
III. Adult-rated Commissions will incur an additional fee as noted in the Commission price.
IV. Payment is completed through PayPal, prices are in USD. The Artist will send a payment request to the Client. For Commissions under $100 USD, payment should be sent in full. If the Commission exceeds $100 USD, half of payment will be sent before work on the Commission begins, and the other half upon completion.
V. Upon completion, the Client will receive both high-resolution and lower-resolution digital image for posting.

Cancellations and Refunds

I. The Artist has the right to cancel a Commission if they feel that it cannot be completed to the best of their ability. A full or partial refund for the work will be given, depending on stage of completion.
II. The Client has the right to cancel the Commission if it has not begun, or if in the preliminary sketch or thumb-nailing stage.
III. If the work is cancelled intermittently (i.e during painting stage), no refund will be given.
IV. The Artist holds the right to cancel a Commission if it cannot be completed, or if the Client behaves rudely or inappropriately, or is unable to keep a constant dialogue during the period of the Commission.
V. The Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission if it does not mesh with their aesthetic or content they wish to depict.

Force Majeure

In the event the Artist is unable to complete the performance of their obligations under the terms of this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including, without limitation, by reason of "acts of God", fires, strikes, accidents, embargoes, riots, floods, earthquakes, wars, or governmental rulings, Artist shall be relieved from all executory obligations hereunder and any surplus funds that can be returned to the client in said circumstance shall be returned.
