So there's this chick,  oneeyeddoe. She posted up a pic of herself covered in Native American nicknacks. She then goes on to say how much she loves 'Indians', but then goes on to guesstimate spelling Navajo. I correct her, and she goes on to say, "how can you say you respect them if all you do is go around being miss ambassador bitch just because I don't know everything. And these are authentic fyi, I have a certificate!!". I assume they only wanted "OMG U R BEUTIFUL BB" comments on her picture because she deleted it, blocked me, and re-uploaded with a much more appropriate description. I got onto my suit account and commented. I said "How is expecting you to know a simple word after you go on about love and respect of them, expecting you to know every single thing? That was rather rude of you to call me a bitch over. Hopefully this passes because I'd like to watch you for your art.

My car battery totally died last night for no reason, even after getting jumped, the second it gets turned off it dies completely. This stupid battery isn't even all that old either. Nothing was left on to kill it. Even if something was, when my key gets pulled out everything shuts off, even the lights.
Well, a new batt is going to cost like, $100. I have like, $70 atm.
It's that time of year where it gets to well over 100 degrees. My job is 2 miles away and relying on the bus would get me fired, so I have to walk up and down hills with a bum knee.. Why do I have a bum knee? I blacked out the other day, and my knees took the most damage. Thank god, because my face hit the floor after my knees broke my fall. So my face is okay, but both knees are bruised, and one is seriously jacked up. SO. FML FML FML.

She gave me totally different meds because she thinks it could possibly be a nerve problem. I was supposed to take it before bed because it's supposed to make me sleepy, but things don't make me sleepy so I took it right after I left. It helped some! But my head still hurt. I'm also scheduled to get an MRI of my shoulder, and them things are fancy so I'm very hopeful about getting better! Sorry for all the journal spam...

It wasn't as bad as people made it sound. I had to move my arm to it's limit so he could write down the angle of my arm. We went over exercises and what is/could be wrong. I got ultrasound, then some electrotherapy with a heat pad, and oh my god it felt so good. I have appointments 3 times a week. He also said the pain and tightness in my shoulder could be whats triggering my migraines. Let's hope! I say to everyone when I'm explaining it that I get migraines when normal people get headaches, since I almost always have a headache to begin with. So it makes a lot of sense!

First off, this is a pain in the ass to type. I am currently in a sling and a wrist support thing (something that helps with sprains and whatnot). I went to the ER again Sunday because I refused to be in pain for another week just because my doc didn't listen and gave me meds that were WAY too weak. I found out that, while I have to use a military doc as my primary doctor, I can go to any ER I want. So I tried another one. It was a little ghetto and small, and way disorganized, but I was outta there in 3 hours. They also helped me with my pain (or at least tried) very quickly. If I was at the military hospital, I wouldn't get help for at least 5 hours, even if I was in excruciating pain. I got an xray of my shoulder, though I knew it wouldn't show anything because it's my tendons that are screwed up, and a CT scan of my whole head/neck. This was my second CT scan though, but this time my face would not stop twitching. I thought I wasn't supposed to feel it. :[ Anyway, that came back normal as well. I got some Vicodin while waiting for the results, but they did nothing. I actually gradually got worse. An hour later I mentioned it and they took me into a room. The nurse gave me a shot of something stronger than morphine. She made it sound super scary though. I guess it's so strong of a pain reliever/muscle relaxant it can cause a HUGE list of side effects, from nausea to chest pain (from forgetting to breathe) to complete circulatory collapse. I was a little hesitant, but I figured why not. She gave me the shot and some nausea meds, then got me a sling. My arm feels better if it's totally unused. Even the weight of my arm pulling on my shoulder makes it hurt. The shot made me dizzy, itchy, and an hour later while walking around walgreens, nauseous... but euphoric. I wasn't in pain. Even the thought of it now makes me tear up, because I have been dealing with chronic pain since I was a child... and to have it gone, was just overwhelming. See the frustrating thing is, is that I RARELY take meds, because I hate putting something in my body for so little (if any) return. So I just deal with my pain, but now, it's too much... but still, I'm so resistant to everything. I have never taken anything stronger than 800mg Ibuprofen before this month, so it makes no sense that all these drugs that people abuse for a high do about as much as swallowing a skittle would for me. Oh! But I have my first physical therapy appointment tomorrow. I'm going to come home hating life, so be nice, lol. They're going to push my arm to it's limit to see where that limit is. Then on friday I have an appointment with my primary doc so she can up my meds. I'm on Lortab right now and nothing. It makes me want to cry. It also scares me, because it makes me feel like there's something wrong with me.

Went back to the ER on Sun. Got meds to hold me over till Fri. Got my first physical therapy appointment tomorrow. Still in lots of pain.

Wtf America. Democrats and Republicans are about to cut pay to millions of people because they can't stop bickering. I'll be seriously disappoint if they can't make something work by tomorrow at midnight. It sucks, I really do not need this right now. Sure I know that if things do get shutdown we'll still get paid at the end of it, but what happens to all of us in the meantime.

I went to get my shoulder checked out today. Took weeks, though. It's been really bothering me since Feb, and resting/otc meds haven't helped. I apparently have tendonitis and need physical therapy. Fantastic.

Thanks for the support guys, I think we've been able to push our bill till the 15th, but then we have to pay $200 something dollars. Oh well, I've got time to work something out.

So Thursdays are my day off. Last Thursday I woke up, ate some ramen, watched some tv, and took a little nap. I woke up to find out Kris was coming home for the night. Woo! I was feeling good. 7 o'clock rolls around and I go to take a shower. All's fine, then all of a sudden I have to jump out of the shower so I can puke. I think it's out of my system, so I get back in. Nope. I hop out again, throw up even more violently, and hop back in. I figure it had to be over. Nope! I black out, but I feel it coming on so I'm able to sit down and go unconscious for a few seconds rather than standing up and falling and probably splitting my head on something. I sat there for a long while, then managed to get up and rinse out the conditioner. I got out and relaxed for a bit, tried to eat some. I fell asleep for a few hours, then woke up needing to throw up again. I try and fight it for as long as I can but it was no use. I lay awake for a bit, then decide to go to the ER, hoping for a quick fix so I could still go to work. Get to the ER, get my blood and pee tested. I tried to convince them it wasn't a simple gastro problem, since well last I checked it doesn't give people migraines and make them black out. Everything was 'in check'. Healthy as can be on paper. They give me some meds for nausea and try and send me home. I push that my head was still messed up. They give me 2 percocet for the day and send me home. I call my boss and she doesn't want me to come in at all that weekend, last thing we need is me blacking out with sharp things. I get home and Kris has to go back into work. I'm up for a short while, then I fall asleep hard. I wake up, and lo and behold my headache is creeping it's way back. I wasn't too alarmed, I've had chronic headaches as long as I can remember. The rest of Friday is pretty uneventful, I go to sleep. Saturday, my headache has progressed into a migraine. Kris manages to get his hands on 2 hydrocodone (I think). I take the first one, and it simply takes the edge off. Whatever. I go about my day, and it comes back with a vengeance. Kris calls a friend, a fellow migraine sufferer, for advice. He thinks it could be a caffeine withdrawal. I think this is stupid, since I only drink an energy drink on special occasion, and drink soda rarely. I take 2 caffeine pills anyway, I figure what the hell. If anything it'll help out the other meds when I decide to take it. I go completely insane, then crash hard when Kris does something stupid. I take the other pill and we go to bed. I lay there, in the quiet dark. The pill does nothing. I lay awake all night, till 5am rolls around and some birds start chirping. I start crying and lose my mind. I go downstairs to kill time. Kris gets up at 8 and we go to the ER again. I'm seeing spots. I can hardly keep my balance. Any little bright light or sound sends me to the verge of tears. We get there, and I can barely make it through the initial procedures (bp, questions, etc). I was made to suddenly stand so they could redo blood pressure to see if I was dehydrated. This was so overwhelming and the sudden rise was too much for my head, and I started crying again. ...... A while later I'm called in. It takes a bit for the nurse to come in. The lights are off, and everyone is made to talk in whispers. Nurse comes in, and all is well at first. Then he asked my pain level. I said 10. He couldn't hear so he go closer and spoke louder. I said TEN. He got even louder repeating the question yet another time. My brain fried and I cried, I was in so much pain. He frantically apologizes and leaves after finishing with my vitals. My blood pressure was high, 142/80 or something. My blood pressure is normally average-low. A few hours later and the doc comes in. He's excessively loud, not even taking into consideration he was increasing my pain. He was very difficult to work with. Horrible bedside manner. He goes to check my eyes, and I can't handle it. He makes loud noises to try and get me to cooperate. What. The. Fuck. Kris takes the light away as I cringe and silently scream in unbearable pain. Doc checks to make sure he didn't screw me up (reflexes, perception, etc). He leaves to get a cat scan and meds. It takes hours. HELP A PERSON IN UNBEARABLE PAIN, JESUS. They give me hardcore benadryl and some nausea meds for the migraine through IV. Surprisingly enough, it helped a decent amount. I was still in very bad pain, though. Cat scan comes back ok. I tell them I know my headache will come back second I go out in the sun, so I want it totally gone before I go. They give me a tiny ass amount of morphine. It helps, I'm feeling almost totally better. My head still feels very sore, but it's very tolerable. Especially compared to just hours earlier. The mofo was going to send me out with TYLENOL. If Tylenol worked for me I wouldn't be in the ER for a migraine. I have tried everything over the counter, it doesn't work. He gives me FOUR vicodin (hydrocodone again, basically). Even the pharmacist didn't think it was right. I CAN'T EVEN MAKE A NEUROLOGIST APPOINTMENT TILL TOMORROW. At least give me enough to get me till I can be seen. *sigh* Head still hurts and I'm still seeing spots.


Now, since I've been out of work, my paycheck isn't going to be enough to cover the electricity bill. So I want to do commissions. I'm already way behind on the bill and if I don't pay asap it'll be shut off. I can do icons or traditional headshot badges that'll be about 4 inches. I can mail them on the 15th if you want. I cannot laminate them or anything, though. I can also do digital pics but they prob won't be nearly as good. $5 for icons, $15 for badges. Something like that. Prices are negotiable.




TL;DR - I got real sick, misdiagnosed, etc. I need to make money to make up for missing work or I lose electricity soon.
