I'm going on a mini vacation for 4ish days, going to be driving 8 hours each way which will be... *exhausting* but I know I can do it, I've done it many times before. I miss long drives!

Azzy and I are going with his mom to have a fun trip to the coffee-producing part of Colombia, and experience some geo-thermals and stuff like that, it'll be neat! I am happy to have a bit of a vacation with them, as Texas was a break for *me* buuut not for him XD!

But yeah! Please be patient as I will be unable to respond those days, its good to detox from the internet and my phone every once-in-a-while!

I just wanted to talk about commissions, delays, and everything.

I know some people have been waiting far too long, and for that I really am sorry -- I am very much trying my best to catch up, but its been downright impossible with being so sick, the trip, and the coming holidays/my birthday.

Please just, bear with me. I am even having trouble picking up my tablet right now because I just feel idk, so much pressure? So disappointed in myself, but I am trying hard to get there but its complicated.

I had honestly considered seeing about moving back to the US to get a part time job to help even just pay people back... but I really don't think that's feasible, because my husderg being from Colombia, I really don't feel like its safe or a good idea to immigrate back rn... ._. Ya'll, it sucks.

So please give me some patience, and understand i do commissions so my family - Me, my husderg, Rex, can eat.. We're trying to pay down debts so it isn't like this, but it does take time, and in the mean time we need to survive and such.

I will try to keep going, and adoptables I make usually to try and *not* take more coms, but when they don't sell idk what to do.

Hey guys I’ll probably be heading to urgent care if the doctor tells me to go — I got a teledoc appointment. The nurse is worried because I’ve been sick for now over two weeks and I’m getting worse not better. Very fun 😓 I have a fever, it’s been on and off and spiked pretty high like 102 tonight.

I should be home at around 12am today, I am so excited to sleep in my bed again. And I miss my doggie.

I’m still sick — been so the whole trip, which is an awesome experience (sarcasm) — I’ll work on iPad sketches when I am home as I underestimated just how sick I’d be — so bad that I was hot then cold, shaking and my articulations hurt — so even lifting the pencil hurt 🙂‍↕️. I’ll probably rest up a day or two when I’m back, hopefully I’ll then beat this virus and be able to get back to work full steam. Thanks everyone!

Yeah, I dont know what to do...I really hate begging, but I just dont have the capacity to take $5,000 worth of commissions, and expect to be able to complete them
-- so in reality, all I can do is beg and hope for help. I wish I could use this money for something worthwhile, I do, but the fact is is that I am in a ton of debt -- 90% of
what I and Azzy make every month GOES to that debt, and the government just doesn't care and still thinks we are rich and hiding money (lol, I wish.)

I, frankly, do not know what to do. Azzy and I are barely sleeping, we're exhausted - I know I won't even have money to enjoy myself or him on the dallas trip, I'm just going at this point because the plane ticket and hotel are already paid for.

I hate this. I keep promising him and myself, "things will get better" -- every year, it just gets worse... I need help. We need help. :( I don't know how else to ask, I know my reach is small, maybe people
have stopped caring about me. I don't have family I can just beg for money from -- my step-mom has to take care of my dad, and he's doing poorly...I know I will lose him soon, fuck. Things hurt a lot and

I've been panicked for the last few days...I know rn my mental health isn't great, but sometimes we have to do what we have to do, right?

Am I begging? Kinda. I am not gonna lie and say I am not feeling desperation and fear... 17 days doesnt feel like a lot of time.

I hate having to make this kind of pos, but I just found out because I didn't realize my Colombian ID had expired, immigration here is going to fine me -- and it's huge -- the penalty could be around $1,000 USD.

On top of that, it's tax time, and because of last year's income situation we now owe about $4,000 USD in taxes. That's a $5,000 bill between the two we suddenly have to come up with somehow -- and I honestly don't see how we can make it happen ourselves.

I need my ID to get my license, and even walking around without it could cause me serious legal problems.- The taxes obviously have to be paid to avoid even worse consequences. Unfortunately, my spouse and I are still working to pay off the debt from LAST year's taxes, its just -- not getting better, and no matter how optimistic I try to be about getting out of debt, it seems it only drags us deeper into the hole....it's frustrating to make decent money, and have NOTHING leftover to even buy myself a stupid small treat at the end of it -- and then seeing the light at the end of the tunnel go further and further away.

This year I am working to get my ID stuff settled, once that's done, I plan to codify my business so I no longer work as a solo employee -- that's really what fucks me over, I cannot write off ANYTHING at the moment, but once I get my business license and become a legitimate business entity it should largely help these insane tax bills with write-offs.... But right now, we're drowning and I really need help. I want to never need to ask for help again. I want to settle this, right, and I really hope you all would consider helping me.. I honestly have no where to go, my parents will never offer help -- they do not have the money, and Azzy's mom helped us LAST year in part -- so I do not think she is an option for help either..
