hello everyone I have been having a lot going on lately and i thought you all might be wondering why i've been so slow and not really posting anything. I have contacted all my commissioners because due to circumstances projects and going REALLY slowly I realize my personal life should not interfere with my professional one and so i dont expect you all to just accept my excuses to my commissioners i have offered refunds or making things for free and i have closed commissions until i can get my life in order.

so here is why i explain why i am so slow, right now i am a senior in highschool an i am trying to graduate right now i don't know if its even possible i've let my school work slip too much. if i dont graduate ill still get my diploma but it will be over the summer. also I will be 18 June 1st and so i had to get a job so i can start to make a regular flow of cash to pay for bill and rent and that has taken up a lot of time my schedule right now is wake up at 6:30am go to school get home at 2:00pm have a couple of hours in between for homework and online school and cleaning my house and the work at 5pm till 10pm get home finnish school work i didn't get done before, shower, take care of my animals. then i usually get to bed by midnight then do it all over. on saturdays is when i work on fursuits if I don't work all day or have some other thing i have to do none of this includes if i want to see my friends which if i am lucky is once MAYBE twice a month.

so now hopefully you can see why i'm struggling so much, once school is out ill have a lot more time and ill will hopefully buts my commissions out in a timely manner. like i said before I know excuses cant make up for my failure and I know i shouldn't have taken so many responsibility and I need to organize my life better I'm sorry to my commissioners and to those wanting to commission me hopefully next time i open ill be more organized and be more professional.

So I am going to take 1 tail commission it's custom but you have to work with the fur colors I have which is A LOT if you have any questions or would like to see the colors just ask :) it can be up to 2 feet and will be made right away! Hey so life is going to start getting really crazy at the end of this year so I've been thinking that I am going to be closing my commissions and I don't know when I will open again I could be closed till late 2015 but I will take 2 more slots one for any suit any character but the second will be for an angel dragon sense I have that foam base I was going to use for frost and ended up not using because I got so busy it can be modified to fit your angel dragon yup so if your inserted let me know

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you consent that you have read and agree to all terms and services

AGE:
You must agree that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are younger than 16, you will need a parent's consent before contacting me about a commission.

DEADLINES:
Unfortunately I do not take deadlines my life is unpredictable and I don’t work well under pressure so if you want my best work you will need to give me time my suggestion is get in line as early as you can you save your spot in line by placing a 10% down payment that goes toward your overall down payment that will be due at the time I am ready to start your commission this 10% is also non-refundable so if you pay it now and when it comes your turn and you can’t pay you will not be refunded. You can let me know hey I have a con on this date and I will do my best to try and get it done on time but I can’t guarantee. As for how long your commission will take it varies depending on how much time I have and what is going on in my life when you get your quote I will give you an estimated completion month to give you an idea of the time frame but again this is not a guarantee.

PAYMENT:
All prices are in USD ($) and must be received as such. Paypal is the preferred medium for payment however check, cash, or money order is also accepted. Buyer is responsible for all currency conversion and any Paypal service fees. Checks which bounce will be charged a $25 returned check fee and you will be required to pay your balance through an alternate method. For items totaling over $300, it is considered a "large project" and 30% (so 20% because you paid 10% to hold your spot in line) down payment is required to begin project. For items under $300, it is considered a "small project" and 50% (so 40% because you paid 10% to hold your spot in line) down payment is required to begin project. These deposits are non-refundable. You are welcome to pay more than the down payment up front. Payment plans are available and can be adjusted to accommodate your needs if requested.

PAYMENT PLANS:
If a payment plan is needed, then it will be discussed and drawn up before any payment has been made. Once you have agreed to a payment plan, you must stick to it. There is a one week grace period surrounding each payment date. Once that grace period has run out, your commission will be put on hold and contact will be made.
After one month of no payment/contact, I will assume you have canceled your order. Once an order is canceled, work will stop on the project, and it will be taken apart/sold at my discretion and you will not receive any refund. Your project will only be shipped once it is paid for in full.

REFERENCE SHEETS AND QUOTES:
I Require a 3 view ANTHRO reference sheet I prefer a full 4 view but if you only have a 3 view I can live with that I understand they can sometimes be expensive but how accurate I am depends on that sheet you can draw it yourself but if it’s to confusing for me I will ask you to get a different one I’m sure you can find a free line art somewhere just make sure it’s free to use and it must be ONE ref sheet don’t say well the markings are right on this one and the ears are right on this one it needs to be on one sheet. As far as quotes go I have my base prices if you would like a more accurate quote please be seriously looking into getting a suit from me and you will need a acceptable ref I can't give an exact quote unless I see the character quotes are also only good for 30 days if i am closed they are still only good for 30 days if my prices go up before i open again and your 30 days is expired you will need a new quote.

PHOTOS AND CHANGES:
Progress photos will be uploaded as they are taken, and you will be notified each time. If you would like any changes made, you must contact me with a new change. If the commission is already in a late stage, there will be an additional fee determined by the severity of the changes. Changes will not be made and work will stop on the project until this fee is paid.

SHIPPING:
Shipping prices are never included in the price of an item. They are an additional cost, and are the responsibility of the commissioner. At the time of your order, when a quote is given for your item/s, a shipping price will also be given out. That price is non-negotiable and will be paid in full before any item/s are shipped out. My packages are shipped via UPS with tracking information. If you would like a different courier, then you may suggest one. Once you choose to use a different courier, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- If you have not chosen a different courier, and your item arrives to you damaged, please let me know right away. You can send the damaged item back within 10 days of receiving it, and it will be repaired free of charge, then shipped back to you with a refund for the secondary shipping.

Return Policy:
If anything is wrong with the product, I will fix all damaged areas at no cost if returned WITHIN A MONTH OF RECEIVING THE COMMISSION. Any product kept longer than a month is no longer eligible for free repair; commissioner will pay a $50 work fee to have all repairs done.
-Repair offer is not valid if you have altered the suit on your own before it is returned to me

REFUSAL RIGHTS:
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
I will stop payment and refund any money available (excluding the down payment) to customers who are malicious, rude, or flaky. I am doing a service for you, but this does not mean that I am your personal slave.
If your design is too complicated for my skill, I will kindly refuse your commission. I do not want to give you a product that is not the best it can be because of my skill level. If I refuse a commission, I will ALWAYS give you a reason why.

PETS:
All of the fur I use is 100% synthetic fur.
However, I have 3 dogs, a cat and a sugar glider. My supplies are stored in an area were the animals cannot contaminate them, and I have other places we can work in that do not contain animal hair. But, because I do have these animals living in the same house where my supplies are stored, I cannot guarantee the absence of animal hair or dander. If you need a 100% pet free home, please find another maker to commission.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
In no shape or form am I responsible for any injury you may experience while wearing my products. It is your own responsibly to know the limitations of your body and the costume, taking into consideration your environment, acknowledging any safety hazards and risks that would present itself to you as result from wearing any costume product, and I strongly encourage the use of a handler or personal assistant to provide aid while wearing a costume.
