General | Posted 10 years agoI just wanted to say a big THANK YOU! to all of the new followers I've gotten. It's really encouraging to continue my activity here knowing that there's people who will enjoy seeing my art. I'd really love to start getting to know you guys, and I've love for you all to get to know me!
Soo... A little description of me;
I'm a 17 year old in highschool. Senior. Going to graduate in the Summer of 2016! Woooo!!!!
I used to do a lot of dog 4-H, I have been active in 4-H for a good 6-7 years... maybe more? Anyways, I did 4-H for Dogs! I quit recently due to personal events that happened. I don't think I'll be going back, I wouldn't have much time to do anything anyways. Once you turn 18 you get booted! Well, not that mean. You just don't qualify to be in the clubs anymore. ;P I really did have a lot of fun doing it though!
I live in the Pacific Northwest (Washington), and I'm not gonna say I hate rain, but... It's definitely not something I really, really like. Lol.
I'm half German, my mom is from Germany, and my dad met her over there because he was stationed there for the army. 8) The entire side of my Mom's family lives over there, so we get to see them quite often! We actually took a month-long trip there in August.
I've got a lot of pets! My family has two dogs: English Mastiff/St. Bernard Mix named Sage, and a Dachshund named Timmy. Three cats: Jerry, Buddy, and Bella. Two snakes(which are mine!): Both Ball Pythons named Kaa and Samson. A Guinea Pig named Squeaks, and a fish named Jack!
I'm pretty tom-boyish for the most part. I'm definitely not a girly-girl or anything similar to it. I'm easy-going. 8P
If I were to describe my personality, I'd say I'm pretty quiet and more introverted than extroverted. I really like to sit back and survey and analyze situations and people before I contribute to conversations. Even then I'm pretty quiet once I get a feel for the room! I think my brain has a personal motto of "Don't speak unless you're spoken to" that I never got a memo about. Once we're good friends though, I'll probably be really enthusiastic and lively! So.. Get to know me! 8)

PAYMENT
-Paypal is the only form of payment I work with, unless otherwise stated.
-USD ONLY.
-Payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated.
-Tips are welcome and very much appreciated!
I will not start on your commission until payment has been received, do not send payment without notifying me.
All payments must be made through Paypal and sent as USD. Any and all Fees MUST be included. Please make sure you include them.
PLEASE send your payments as GOODS AND SERVICES and NOT AS A GIFT!!
If I am not shipping you any items, please mark "No shipping required" on the payment transaction.
Please write something along the lines of "Commission for _____" in the Note space provided!
TURN AROUND TIME
Real life comes before commissions.
In saying that, please give me up to 3 weeks before reminding me about your commission. It could take more than 1-2 months to complete your commission. Please understand that I am a student and can, at times, be buried in projects or other work to be completed for classes. This does not mean I have forgotten about you!
I DO NOT work in order of my que. I work on multiple commissions at different times, some may be completed before others.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be discussed between myself and the commissioner. However, if I have already started on your commission and have made substantial progress on it, there will be NO REFUNDS.
REGARDING DO'S AND DON'TS
DO tell me if I have missed anything on your commission or did something wrong. This is only acceptable during the times that I provide Work In Progress shots, or during the time that I am working on the Commission and you remember something you had forgotten to include in a description. If you come back to me asking for edits AFTER I have completed and published the commission, I will ask for a fee to revise the work. So, please be extra clear about what you want before I begin or finish the commission.
DO NOT boss me around and rush your commission. It will make the process of completing your commission much harder on me as the artist and you as the customer, resulting in consequences or completely refusing to accept your business. Simply, please be patient with me and refrain from asking about when it will be completed. You are more than welcome to ask about updates or WIP screenshots if I have not provided you with any. Otherwise, please remain patient! I assure you I am working hard, and if I'm not, I'm busy. I have a life outside of art-making.
I am willing to draw most kinds of Furry art(Except for some fetishes and other sexual-related categories). If you have questions regarding if I am able to draw something specific, please send me a Note and we can discuss!
I have the right to refuse to draw something I am uncomfortable with.

Hope you all had a GREAT time spending the holidays with your family, and if you didn't, then i really hope you at least enjoyed the food!!! 8)
I was away in Spokane visiting my brother for Thanksgiving, we stayed up there for about 5 days. I only just got back today! About an hour ago in fact. 6 hour car rides are not the most fun.. But I survived, and I'll be getting back into drawing! It's been WAY too long since I've even touched my tablet! But I have a good reason... School. As always. But this time it's different, I swear! ;P
I've been working on applying and filling out stuff for Scholarships for WSU, registering for SATs (which is much more frustrating and hassling than it sounds.. especially when you rely on communication and guidance form someone who hardly even answers the questions you ask. D8 )
Anyways, I'm back and going to kick things into gear again!
What did any of you do for the Holidays? 8)

And She's Back!

Some of you may have noticed Reux has been MIA for a while. This is true!
For the past month I've been in Germany visiting my mother's side of the family. I had an awesome time there, lots of fun. 8)
Just got back yesterday, so getting used to the time is most likely going to be a challenge, but that's okay! I'm so happy to be home, albeit sad to leave family.
We visited a lot of cool places, even ended up going to a super sweet water park that was beyond huge(and beyond fancy, it was awesome). A month felt like forever there, because when we arrived it felt like we'd lived there all our lives! Coming home it felt like we never left.
Lots of amazing memories were made, pictures-a-plenty. 8)
And onto serious business:
To those of you who are still waiting on art from me, I'm beyond sorry everything's taking so long. Aside from my being out of the country for an entire month I have had a difficult time even drawing for myself. In all honesty I don't think I've touched my tablet for a good three weeks before I left for Germany. 8(
I'm definitely looking forward to getting back into the swing of things now that I'm back home, and hopefully I'll be able to whip out all of what I owe asap(with great quality of course). I want to thank those of you who have been waiting for me. I'm eternally grateful for your patience, you have no idea what it means to me. I hope you all understand the funk I've been going through, most of the time I had absolutely no motivation, and I really did not want to work on the art I owed unless I was fully into it. I strive to give you guys art that was made to the best of my ability!
With that said, I'd like to confirm what I owe to people, so if you're someone who knows they're waiting on something from me, please, please send me a PM letting me know what you're waiting on!!! This goes for Art trades, Character Trades, Commissions, and even Gifts I've promised but never got around to. Of course there will be an order of importance for these things, but hopefully I can get everyone their artwork within due time!
For now every art service from me will be closed until my plate is clean and everyone's got what they've been waiting for. 8)

I meant to update everyone sooner! So sorry!

I have a lot to do with it still, add a background, shading, lighting, all that jazz.
YCH Winners - I'm working on your pieces as much as I can when I can take a break from my project and still have some motivation to draw or when my hand isn't cramping..!!
Art Trade people - I consider Trades to be a leisurely thing, but don't worry! I still consider them as important. I'll still be working on these too.
Hopefully I can gain everyone's understanding, I immensely appreciate how patient you've all been. I'll be sending out Notes to all of you still with this information just in case some of you don't see this Journal!

I have gone through some stressful personal stuff these last couple of weeks and I babysit Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM and by the time I get home I am BEAT.
I plan to finish some stuff by the weekend, especially my YCHs! Thank you for being patient with me and I'm excited to get the finished pieces to you all ASAP!! 8)

Life has been busy these days, plus a few other commissions/YCHs I have to get finished with, so I definitely wouldn't open for more Commissions just yet, but if anyone would like to see my prices, please let me know and I'll make a Commission sheet!!!
I usually just leave it up to people sending me Notes asking for commissions.. Hah.. But that's obviously not the best way to get people interested! ;v;
