I know that I was supposed to start commissions a couple of weeks ago... but as it seems, things just keep wanting to come up.

First it was my friend  ChippaTheNeurotic, who's car decided to stop working, followed by 2 weeks of schedule reconstruction and sleep deprivation. Then right after she gets her newer car... my roommates car breaks down as well.... Followed by another week of giving rides, which wouldn't have been to bad, if he hadn't been fired.... So now, instead of being able to start up with commissions again, I have to drive us to employment centers to try to get us jobs. =_=

So this is kind of a rant, and an apology. I really really hate doing it, but it might be another week before I can get back to commissions.

Hello Fa! I am sorry that I have sorta dropped off the face of the furry earth. I have been really busy studying for my finals that are this next week.

I also apologize to the people that have recently commissioned me, I know that its been a bit since I have talked to any of you or even posted anything. But once this week is over commissions will be back online! Yay! Also, I have been considering putting up an advertisement here soon, and hopefully that will run smoothly.

Hello everyone! I want to apologize for not being on for the last couple of days. As some of you know, I have been planning on moving out of my moms house. Well its finally happening. I have been packing up my stuff, and for any of you that have moved before, you know that it can be very time consuming.

I plan on being moved in before the 14th of this month so that I don't get stuck moving and going to school. 0.0

I plan on continuing to finish art pieces, so don't worry too much. I just figured that It would be nice to let you all know.

So, unfortunately, I wont be able to do any art for the rest of today and tomorrow. For some reason my moms computer isn't able to connect to the internet. So I have to leave my computer with her for the next two days. She has some personal stuff to finish before she can give it back.

I am sorry about the inconvenience. But art will start flowing out more quickly and more frequently after this.
I am on break for school and I am about to move out of my moms again.

Terms of Service Is as follows:

First off, I would like to thank you for commissioning me, I know that there are plenty of artist out there, and the fact that you commissioned me means a lot to me! So thank you!


Reselling and Distribution of Art:
You are allowed to repost for your own personal use. Which means anywhere like FA, Facebook, F4L, or any other sites. Just please make sure that you give me credit.

If you commission me, please remember that the work I did for you was still my work regardless of it being my character or not. If you commission me, and plan on selling my art, please let me know. I would prefer to hear it from you then someone else telling me that someone else stole my art. {:C
If you redistribute my art for a profit, I will need some sort of compensation/royalties.


Refund Policy:
I will refund, but depending on situation, it might not always be a full refund.
Partial refunds: If you have approved my sketch for the art, and then tell me later that you don’t want it, I have already invested time into your art. And you will not receive a full refund.
If you have a question about refunds, please ask. :D

Changes on artwork:
I do not mind making larger changes to sketches, that’s what sketches are for. (unless it is a wing it!) But if you decide that you want a major change to a large piece, it may cost a little bit more. If it is a minor change, I probably will not mind and will do it for free. And remember its ok to ask questions!


References:
Ok, I don’t mind if you don’t have a reference yet, but I really would prefer if you have them, to let me use them.
Sometimes it is hard to draw something just from words, especially if something is left out. XC
If you do not have a reference, please note me so that we can talk about it. ;D


Prices:
I have already posted the prices, so please do not try to haggle with me. I am a college student, and money is always sparse. All prices are set in stone unless I am doing some kind of sale or auction.

Payment:
I will ONLY take payment from PayPal, or at least until something better comes around. XD
When you order from me, note me with you PayPal email so that I can request payment from you.
When you pay, make sure that you do the full payment, if for some reason your order is over $100, I will allot for multiple payments.
I will almost always send you the request right away. From the point of which I send you the payment request, you have a week to respond. If you do not send me the information that I need, I will assume that you do not want to order from me and I will cancel the request.
If you do not have a PayPal please let me know so that your spot under commissions will be held. (I know that the approval for PayPal can take a couple of days.)

Cancellation and refusal:
I hope that it will never come to this, but I have to cover all of my bases.
I can and will unfortunately have to cancel or refuse a commission or you for any reason:
If you have a belligerent or disrespectful in the past, and want to commission me, chances are, I will probably not take your order.
If you have really bad grammar, or netspeak, I may ask you a few times to make things more clear. If you cannot or refuse not to, I may refuse service. (ex: Omg, I wld lk 2 ordr frm u!)
If I cancel an order:
If at any point the customer will not work with me, or making it very hard to work with them.
And even then, there will probably be a partial or full refund.

So, to everyone whom I still owe are to!!! Do not fret! You will still receive art in the next couple of weeks. I officially started summer vacation. there were a couple of problems with grades being incorrectly submitted, but that has been fixed.

Also, art had been slightly delayed after my house had been broken into this past week. Nothing that we could see had been stolen. We are fairly convinced that someone was out to steal my friends red husky that I had been dog sitting the week before. She is still fairly young and we think that they wanted her for either a puppy mill or dog fighting ring. So yeah. its been kinda crazy. I'm just glad that she was at her moms house safe and sound. :D

And I may have been ridiculously excited about it.. I was a huge fan of Avatar the last air bender. So, I was thinking, to commemorate my happiness and the new avatar, I was thinking of drawing my fursona as a fire bender. But i'm not sure If it completely fits her. So if any of you think she might be a different kind of bender, feel free to add input!
