Everyone does it so it must be an easy thing to do??? Or I am stupid lol

Art block and depresso combined makes it so impossible to find motivation to draw. It's even worse when you look up to someone and they turn out to be awful. Everything they inspired in your art starts looking tainted. How can I bring myself to draw when Im sad asf lol
