If you are reading this now, it means you are on the main page for the Animal Crossing Visual Novel project.

Dating back to August 19th of 2012, the ACVN project was started through a collaboration on 4chan's /vg/ board, with the basic question being "What would Animal Crossing be like as a visual novel?" A Steam group was formed, and eventually spread to this exact page you are browsing.

Our goal? To create a comprehensive and emotional experience through the visual novel format, all while staying true to the Animal Crossing formula and gameplay.

Currently our team consist of a programmer, two artists, and four writers. However we are always looking for new members who are willing to contribute and help us towards our goal of completing our game. If you have any questions or would like to submit a resume, preferably with some examples of your art/music/writing/editing ability. We are currently looking for users who would be willing to contribute a number of character sprites similar to those found in other visual novels, with a wide range of emotions displayed. Also we are looking for some members looking to contribute possible h-scenes, backgrounds, UI, and more. If you think you have what it takes, send an email to:
