Allright. so I am using an internet service provider known as Shaw. They take pride in there high speed internet capabilities. So they say "sign up and get free 1 month of our fastest internet possible" then i can ether keep that super high speed or downgrade to there normal high speed. originally i think the price for super is 40$/month.
I decide to give it a try. I mean. it's free right? why bother wasting that chance to look at it. and go figure. i'm using a fresh installation of windows XP on a decent computer and my pages drop connection or take forever to load. the other day the main https://www.google.ca page took 1 minute to load! i clocked it. thats a small image and a f***ing text entering box. i called them and complained and they said "well we don't know what to make of it" well i know what to make of it. it's promises they can't deliver. only 3 times this month it's gone faster then 800kb/s. the rest of the time it's no faster then basic dsl and dare is say dial-up.
major corporations are wasting there breath promising what they can't deliver and draining our coffers for it. telus is guilty, shaw is guilty, the government taxes us to pay police. which i say is rather fair. i don't mind taxes. but if you see how much crime goes on in lots of our cities. they leave the crack heads and junkies alone but someone raises there voice in a domestic disturbance or has the music up to loud in there home god forbid we have fun. we get a fine, and look. they just drained more money. thats all people care about these days and it's really starting to sicken me. ehhh... i guess i'm done bitchin about the worlds problems. thanks for reading.
