All commissions have tax included.

Availability

- I am a part-time artist.
-all commissions will be done asap

Commissions

- I retain the right to decline any commission that does not follow my TOS.
- I only speak English. I will try to work with you using google translate, but if the language barrier is inhibiting the work, I will decline the commission. I apologize for this inconvenience.
- I generally work in order, but I retain the right to skip large 3+ character pieces in order to complete a few smaller commissions to help alleviate wait.
- Average wait time for commissions is about a week, i will let you know if that changes.
- I do will do art trades, but they have to actually be an art style i want.
- Sketches may not be colored by anyone other than the commissioner, or done so for free.
-i do not do free art, they must be paid for, or traded for.

Payment
- Payment is through P*YPAL only. USD currency.
- Payment is made upfront, unless you are a repeat customer then i may work with you.
- Sketching is not started until at least half payment is received.
- Invoices are sent to commissioners for payment.
- No Refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.

Sketch Stage

- Alterations to sketch are minimal and include: minor pose adjustments, expression(s), design changes.
- No character changes after sketch has been sent, or additional fees will apply ($10-$20).
- No major pose changes after sketch has been sent, or additional fees will apply ($20-$30).

Final Stage

- Alterations to final piece are extremely minimal and include: color changes
- No edits to the drawing will be made unless a mistake was made by the artist.

Backgrounds

- I will provide a "Splash" background free of charge as a simple color/abstract shapes to accent the character. Alterations to the splash background will require an additional fee ($5).

- "Simple" backgrounds are elements that the character is interacting with, but does not stretch to the edge of the canvas. This will require an additional fee.

- A "Complex" background is a painted background that stretches to the edges of the canvas and will also require an additional fee.

- Any alterations to Simple or Complex backgrounds will result in additional fees ($20-$40).

Permissions

- I retain all rights to the artwork that I create. To upload it to my galleries and/or portfolio, and use in advertising. I retain the right to print/resell any commissioned artwork.
- Only the commissioner has the right to do what they want with their art.
- You may not sell any artwork you have commissioned by me.
- Do not upload my artwork anywhere without giving proper credit back to me with a link to my gallery.
- Do not edit my artwork in any way.
- Do not use any of my characters in anyway without consent from me.

Will/Won’t Do
- I retain the right to update this list if/when necessary.
