Terms of Service

When you commission or buy art from me, you are agreeing to follow and abide by the

Terms of Service I have put in place.



Artist's Rights

I have the right to deny any request you make, be it I don't feel comfortable, It doesn't

interest me, etc.

I have created this art for you and therefore, you have no right to completely claim it as 100% yours. 

I can use the art I have drawn for you for my own use. (in portfolio etc.)



Consumer's Rights

You, as the customer, can feel free to post the art I had created for you anywhere you want as long as credit is given..

You can NOT sell the artwork I have made for you, which includes (but is NOT limited to:)

-Reselling my work as your own

-Put the art on any item you are selling

-You cannot trace over / deface the drawing.

Adoptables may be resold for equal to or less than the bought price. No more.

You can change an adoptable's, or a design commission's design, gender etc. how ever you want, no need to ask me.



Payment

Payment will be made in advance via Paypal

Payments can NOT be made in installments unless otherwise discussed

By making payment to your commission you are agreeing to my TOS

I do NOT accept E-cheques.



Time

I am not an art machine. I do not magically generate drawings for you. It will

take time for me to draw your commission, regardless of what it is.

As long as there is no DISCUSSED deadline, I do not have a specific time I have 

to finish by.



What I Will/ Will NOT Draw

I am allowed to deny art that makes me feel uncomfortable and/or for other reasons. At this moment I do NOT draw explicit works and keep my gallery ratings to General or Mature. Please read each commission listing’s description to see if your preferred commission type allows for Mature ratings.



When Commissioning me

Please be sure to NOTE me with all commission requests. If you understand please add your favourite food at the end of your commission request. Please include a full drawn reference that includes all character markings. Anthro references will be accepted for pictures that are only completed in feral form. Please include any poses or activities you want your character(s) doing along with the background type wanted provided by the links.

I will not bargain my commission prices, nor will I discount extra character prices. 

Please keep your prop numbers inside the numbers stated on the commission description. 

If your commission request does not follow the above guidelines I will not do them, and the request for a commission will be ignored, or replied to with a link to this page.



Changes to commissions, canceling, and refunds.

You must ask for changes to designs, props, poses etc. BEFORE I begin to colour. A note will be sent to the commissioner before colouring takes place and this is your window of opportunity to ask me to make changes to the piece, not after. (I call this line art confirmation.)

If you wish to cancel a commission, note me immediately. Refunds can be sent to commissioners who have properly cancelled a commission, however, I will not cancel a commission after line art confirmation has been sent by you.



I do not offer refunds.
