In a nutshell:

Since my father passed away at the beginning of this year (and he has been a nursing case for like five years) my mother has become a nursing case too at the age of 82.

That basically means I have to do now all the duties my parents looked after in the past. All the housework, maintenance, management of appointments and the book keeping I have it all stuck to my neck now. I also want to point out my parents were able to split the work (the duties) for this househould between them, so one would do this half, the other the other half. I have to take care of all of this, and looking after my mother, while being just one person, and while having an actual job which demands 8 hours per day.

I'm trying now to get help (a person which would aid us and at least take some of the housework away from me) but until then there is barely time for art in my life, let alone for working on huge comic projects.

Speaking of that: Did you know I started "The six winged serpent" comic in a time when everything was still "like yesterday"? Meaning both my parents were still healthy.

Turns out the cancelation of "The six winged serpent" was just one moment which already hinted on a way bigger change of conditions in my life.

Also: This journal is an example for my current situation in itself. I wanted to write this since weeks, never found the time to do it.
