Terms of Service – Furkai Studios
By commissioning me in anyway, the client agrees to all terms of service

What I will **NOT** draw
- Certain fetishes (If it is illegal in real life, I will not draw it. Please talk to me about exact fetishes and I will let you know whether I will draw it or not)
- Humans.

NSFW
- Must be 18 years and older.
- NSFW will incur a standard fee of 20% of the total commission price.
- NSFW artworks will be posted on social media with a large censor. Private Commissions will incur a 50% fee for loss of advertisement and exposure. Please let me know if you would like it to be private before asking for a quote.
- I will not draw all types of NSFW. Please refer to will not draw.

PAYMENTS
- I take payments only in USD, all quotes are in USD. Payments via PayPal only.
- Payments MUST be made before any art is started. All payments are upfront.
- For art over $50, I allow a payment plan. Full payment must be made within a week (7 days) of first payment being lodged. Once first payment is given I do not allow refunds.
- I do not allow refunds for simple change of mind. If something happens, and can be proved it is the artists fault, I shall fix it. Other than that, I do not give refunds.

Drawing
- I require a full coloured ref sheet and a clear and concise description of what you would like. Please be clear and state EXACTLY what you want.
- My usual turnaround time is about 1-2 weeks. This can change depending on my circumstances, I do not guarantee any completion date.
- I charge a rush order fee of 20% to be completed by a certain time. Please discuss with me first so I can make sure I am able to do this.
- I shall send a WIP of the final sketch before I outline and detail. It is here that you can change anything. I will not change anything once I email you the final copy, unless it is my mistake. BE CLEAR and clearly describe what you want, I will not change anything once I finish. Please do not bug me for WIPs. I will not refund if you are simply unhappy with the end results.
- The commissioner may request up to 2 WIPs after the final sketch (the colouring and detailing phase)

Copyright/ cancelling
- I, the artist, own the artwork. I have full rights and can post and use the art, with proper character credit to the client’s character.
- The commissioner can
o Use the art for personal use
o Print the art and claim rights to the character but NOT the art.
o Must credit Furkai Studios as the artist, preferably with a link to my page.
- The commissioner CANNOT
o Remove any signatures/watermarks.
o Take credit for creation of the art
o Make any money from the artwork
o CANNOT alter my art without my permission (filters, cropping, and edits that alter the art itself)
- I have all rights to cancel a commission and refund. I have all rights to not accept a commission. The client has no right to demand a refund under any circumstances after payment is made. If payment has not been made client may cancel.
- I have every right to cancel and refund if at any time, you as the commissioner, are rude, abusive or unresponsive after 3 weeks.

[b]If my terms of service are not followed, as the artist I have every right to cancel a commission. You will be blacklisted and refused any future commissions. If needed I will post a beware and file complaints, I have full rights to whatever money has been given to me. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
