So i think that i have finally figured out my cycle though the lenght of it varys. I will have my happy period, then suddenly lose intrest in everything, followed by a slight reintrest in things, and then bam i hit self destruct. everything will piss me off, and in turn i self destruct hurting myself and others around me. like i almost did tonight but i was able to get a slight handle on it. so to everyone that i have hurt i am sorry that you got caught up in my depression.
