My name is Tsukuyomi Hakuu Kagetsune.
(Tsukuyomi(月夜見)=last name.
Hakuu(覇空)="Tsuushou(通称)", popular name, so please call me Hakuu.
Kagetsune(影恒)="Imina(諱)", the name used in a formal situation. A bit stiff name.)
I'm Japanese run-of-the-mill artist. (My name is old Japanese Samurai style name W)
I commonly write comments in English because I can use English a LITTLE,
but please be careful because sometimes I use phrases, slang or ASCII arts that are unique to Japanese language.
And as you know, I'm not an English native speaker, so I can't understand any slang or abbreviations which aren't in dictionaries.(Such as "collab", "RP" and others)
And it's hard for me to read broken sentences. I can read easily only proper sentences which seem to be in English textbooks.
So... please be careful...
I'm studying English and Chinese now, but I can't use Chinese as I want to do yet. (I need more study about this. Probably...more one year?(hey )

Well...yesterday, my friend kindly pointed that the currency unit of the prices should be USD.
I have written the prices in JPY in the current journal, but he said it was confusing.
So, I amended these prices and repost this journal. (For me, using USD is confusing, though☆(hey )
Please read following information carefully and request only if you can agree.
■About Hakuu's work itself
・Don't / Can't draw:
R-18, R-18G, human, or any other stuff unsuitable. Negotiation needed.
・Good at:
My original characters W
I can draw copyrighted characters such as Pokemons as well.
But if you want to request me to draw them, please remember I will be in danger for copyright-law.
(I can also respond requests to draw your original characters!)
・Working time:
I'm busy now and probably will take some time to finish a pic.
In case I was requested characters complex or I don't know, it would take a lot of time. Please remember that.
(Please consider that I'll spend about 2~4 weeks to finish.)
・About checking drawing progress:
If you want to check the progress of my work, please ask me in advance.
In that case, please check only at following time:
1. When I've already finished sketch
2. When I've already finished temporary painting
When the progress is at the time above, I will tell you.
・How to send the finished pic:
Negotiation needed. Skype, mail, submitting here, or any other ways. Please talk with me.
And about the file format, I send you at PNG format basically. If you want any other formats, please tell me.
In case you want the original picture(original file, such as PSD, SAI or other), please tell me in advance. I'll send it to you with the PNG file.
・About submitting the pic:
I usually submit a pic I draw on SNS, like here. So if you want me not to submit the finished pic, please tell me that in advance.
■About price
Basically negotiation needed. The more complicated and the more difficult the pic become, the more expensive.
Please consider and talk with me, using following information as a measure.
・One character(Full body): About $5~20
In case only part was drawn, such as face only, bust, or something, it would be inexpensive.
Drawn smaller, so it is, too.
But in case it was difficult pose / composition, it would be expensive.
・Two or more characters(Full body): +About $5~20 per each one.
It's just a measure. Price will be decided by composition, too.
In case such as the back character's part is hidden by another character, it'll be more inexpensive.
But in case such as two character full body make complicated composition, it'll be more expensive.
・Background: About $10~25
Simple backgrounds such as sky, grassland, or sea, will be more inexpensive.
Complicated backgrounds such as trees, forest or something, will be more expensive.
Please talk with me what kind of backgrounds you want.
Flare is +$5.
※Please regard the finish of both background and characters will be just like one of my usual pics.

In any case, the copyright of the pic is owned by Hakuu.
If you want to use the pic for nonprofit purposes such as submitting on SNS, you can do it without Hakuu's permission.
But if you want to use the pic for profit-making purposes such as selling, you need Hakuu's permission.(Probably there aren't people want to sell it, though...)
And when you upload the pic on your SNS page or anything, please write clearly in the caption that it was drawn by I.
It is forbidden that you say the pic is drawn by yourself.
■About language
I usually talk with you in English, but I'm not an English native speaker.
Please forgive me if I ask you same things any times to avoid creating a misunderstanding.
And it could be that I can't understand slang, informal expressions or some other words.
Please request only if you can understand, agree and consider that.
