Hello to anyone who reads this.

TL:DR: Some people are just difficult to interact with

Long version:
My recent attempts back in autumn 2024 and spring 2025 to commission anything new involving invisibility, my OC's or both have been so overwhelmingly negative and emotionally exhausting, that I literally cannot be arsed to keep going.
Be it poor communication or lack there of, any attempts always ended either in frustration, anger, disappointment or having to chase after certain individuals to hound them for a single "Yes" or "No" over the course of weeks.

This started to happen at an increased rate and I guess being lenient, paying what was promised, providing everything for a commission from pose refs/character refs and written refs was not good enough plus long generous deadlines only resulted in being an easy target to be taken advantage of and taken for a ride.

Shit's just too frustrating and thus forcing me to eventually come to this conclusion and stick to it without having to be hooked up to copium all the time and lying to myself.

Would've been easier if they'd just be upfront and tell you, that they don't want to do it, instead of dragging someone along that paid for it and somehow have the quality turn out worse than the giftart they do for others in the meantime. That really stings.

So yeah, that's my vent. I now study some books about drawing stuff and sometimes doodle really simple stuff and basic shapes when I have the energy and time. Not promising anything, maybe I'll scan something eventually and put it in my scraps, just don't wait for it.
