Important Note:
The moment you commission from Ashes2Dust, you have entered a written agreement to follow my terms. Any Breach in said terms will result in a cancellation of your commission, and a refund will be given, fees may apply depending on the amount of work placed into the piece. I WILL NOT accept/do adult themed art for minors; necessary actions will be taken to assure age. I am entitled to refuse your commission at any time, if I feel the need to.
Work:
Commissions are done by Request and YCH.
Only physical references, with distinct imagery are accepted.
Uncolored (Sketch, Traditional,) Feral forms, unclear texts, IMVU references or any unclear references WILL NOT be accepted.
**Again, I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason, at any time.**
DO NOT remove my watermark, or signature.
DO NOT ask me for any original files.
DO NOT claim as your own.
Timeframe:
Commission times vary depending on the piece itself.
Usually I have a quick turnaround. With the fastest being 1-2 business days. However, please be willing to have your completion wait time to up to 3 months— depending on the piece.
W.I.Ps will be given and must be approved before any further work.
You have 7 days to reply to the WIP, failure in doing so will result in a cancellation of your commission and a refund.
**The sketch will be sold as a Y.C.H pose.**
Payment:
I accept payments through Square Invoices in USD ONLY.
Payments must be completed prior to the start of your commission.
You are given a 24hr time frame to pay, failure to do so will be an automatic cancellation.
Major editing after the Sketch phase is approved will require a fee.
Refund:
There are NO refunds on a commission after it is completed.
Refund requests before the commission is started will be given back fully.
However, if your request a refund while the commission is in progress, fees may apply depending on how much work is placed into it.
Copyright:
I will ALWAYS have ownership of the artwork.
My work may not be copied, reproduced, edited, published, sold, or uploaded, used for RP or any personal gains in any way without my written permission.
Only commissioners and/or the character's owner may re-upload their artwork they have received from me, with proper credit.
