Payments
- I accept all payments through Ko-fi, as it allows me to easily manage everything in the same place.
- Full payment is required before I can begin working.
- If requesting over two characters, an additional 50% fee will be applied per character.
- Up to three free post-lineart alterations. A 10% fee will be added for each large alteration afterwards (eg, lighting change, outfit change, etc).
- Background pricing depends on complexity.
- Base prices can be altered depending on complexity of design.

Process
- require character references before I can start any piece. In the case where you cannot provide any, a detailed description is necessary. This includes information like species, colours, clothing, accessories, etc. The better I understand your character, the easier the commission process will go.
- I will not be active between 10pm-10am (British Standard Time).
- I am currently a student, so university work is a priority for me. Due to this, the process may seem slow at times. I will send updates and progress images whenever possible.
- Sketches will be sent to you within 7 days of the request.

What I Won’t Draw
- Explicit NSFW / gore.
- Anything political.
- Violence / hate.
- Childlike characters in suggestive positions / outfits / situations.
- I have the right to refuse a commission (NSFW or otherwise) for any reason.

Refunds
- Refunds are accepted only up to 7 days after purchase.
- After the sketch phase, only a partial refund will be available depending on how far through the process we are.
- Refunds will not be accepted for finished pieces.

License
- All commissions can be used for personal and social reasons only.
- If reposting, please credit me somewhere in the description (@lyrebones)
- Do not copy, reproduce, or resell my work.
- Do not remove my signature / watermark.
- Failure to comply will result in you being blacklisted, reported, and blocked.
