by adopting any design/charachter from me, you are agreeing to this tos. please read before adopting any charachter.

-Do not resell an adopt for higher than what you bought i
t for. Unless it has extra art you paid for. If you want to resell an adopt tell me.

-I can hold an adopt for up to a week.

- If you have a Payment plan, they have to be finished within the time range we have planned and agreed with.
The adopt will be yours only when the payment has been completed!

-Do not steal, trace or copy

- You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable.
# Gender,Hair color/length, eye color, skin color, clothes, etc. etc.

- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE TRACED, COPIED, OR REFERENCED.

-I may use the adopt as examples in refs or in a portfolio.

-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicious accounts with multiple monetary-related PSAs, accounts with no ties to the art/adopt community, newly made accounts, etc.

-When adopt changes owner let me know, as said earlier.
