1) Menevoreth's Fursuit is a registered business in germany. So it has a tax number (102/261/04025) and taxes are paid for this business.

2) Fursuit building is my side job I do after my main job and on weekends. I'm selfemployed, so my life is changing sometimes from month to month, sometimes from week to week. So I cannot guarantee, that I will finish your commission up to a date we talked about. I will do you commission as soon as possible.

3) You can reach me between 17-20 o'clock (GMT +1). Otherwise you try to contact me out of my business time for fursuit building. Outside of this time I don't reply and listen to voice messages.

4) I don't make gifts to people I don't know.

5) Sometimes I do art trades.

6) I start working when:
- (under 200€) the commission is paid 50%
- (over 200€) the commission ist paid 30%

Nevertheless: whoever pays first, gets first.
In case I'm faster with doing your commission then you with paying for it, I will not give it to the mail until your payment is completely done.

7) For changes within the process of making which means extra work und reworking of already completed, I calculate extra depending on the efford.
For example: You wanted a simple 2 colored head without markings. Now the head is nearly done, the fur is already sewn and glued onto the foam. Now you are telling me you want to have tribels sewn into the fur on the cheeks.

8) For special wishes including LEDs and 3D prints I have 2 really nice people. If your whishes are icluding LEDs and 3D prints describe them as precise as possible.

9) I don't do resin casts.

10) If the time we need to talk about your commission/s exceeds an average amount, I will charge extra for that.

11) I don't do duct tape dummys in my home anymore.

12) I offer payment plans

13) I reserve the right to terminate a commision, if the cirsumstances are making it impossible for me to work any longer with you. That includes defamation, insult, stalking, threat and exercising emotional pressure. I also reserve the right to contact a lawyer.

14) If anything is broken on arrival, take photos immediately and do not make any unauthorized repairs. Otherwise, the right to refund and repair from my side expires..
