ART COMMISSION

Terms of Service

This terms of service will be between the artist (SSMinos) and the commissioner. By commissioning the artist for any service, you hereby agree to the terms of service below.



Payment methods

International payment via PAYPAL only (USD).

Alternatives: BBVA or COPPEL payment, if you are from Mexico

✧ send payment when you are told that it is available to do it.

✧Full payment, not half payment

✧I start the draw only when I get the payment.



Refunding policy and cancelling

✧ The artist has the right to reject commission

✧ After the payment is receive and once the ArtWork has been started, full refund will not be allowed.

✧ The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission in case if they doesn't receive the artwork initial sketches on time by the artist. But once the sketch is delivered, the commissioner can no longer demand refund.

✧ In case the artist cancelled the commission (the work already advanced or in the middle of the process of finishing) only some portion of the payment will be refunded based on the current stage of the commission work



General Terms

✧ Be precise with the descriptions of your order. This include references if posible.

✧ Corrections are during the sketch or coloring process. Once the sketch is approved just small changes are free BEFORE starting the LineArt. After the LineArt, wanna add or changes something, it will come with an extra price/charge.

✧ The time may depend in the type of ArtWork (2 week or 2 month)

✧ In the case that the artist has a delay over time, the commissioner will be notified about it and the reason of why, and talk about extending the time or a refund (if the ArtWork lasts more than a month, for example 4 month with the LineArt work it is not delivered at this point)

✧ Keep in mind that comics take time to work unlike individual illustration pieces.

✧ No deadlines. Please, be patient (but an additional fee is required for urgent commission with a time limit, It is accept… BUT this only includes individual illustrations, does not include comics in it)

The commissioner who ordered to make a ArtWork as a illustrated cover of they fics or short comic must give credit to the artist if you’re gonna repost it online.

The artist has the right to use the commission work in any way (to use the commission in self-promotion and portfolio his work) as the creator of the ArtWork. But in case it is a private commission, the privacy of the person who ordered the Art Commission to not be public, will be respected.
