[TOS] is to mean Terms of Service of which the Buyer / Client / Commissioner will, upon purchase of commission from Artist (Pixee Meadows), abide by and agree to.

1. GENERAL RULES
✧ You MUST be 18+ to commission me.

✧ Read the TOS before commissioning me. By choosing to work with me, you agree to all the rules listed.

✧ I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason.

✧ Payment is upfront, through Venmo. USD ONLY. An invoice will be sent which MUST be paid within 24 hours; please have payment ready at the time of purchase.

✧ Commissions are for personal use ONLY. Contact me directly for negotiations, as certain rules and restrictions apply.

✧ If work must be completed by a certain date, please let me know ahead of time so that I may be prepared to accommodate.

✧ I require at least 1 flat color, clearly visible reference in order to accept you commission. Otherwise it will be denied.

✧ Written proof is required for gifts. Send a screenshot with written permission from the involved party member(s) granting you (the client) use of their character.

Don'ts
✧ Racist/transphobic/homophobic imagery
✧ Underage characters
✧ Extremely graphic/disturbing imagery
✧ Fully robotic characters, mechas
✧ Feral animals

3. THE ARTISTIC PROCESS
✧ After payment has been received, your commission will be added to my queue, and I will begin sketching once it is your turn.

✧ You will ALWAYS receive an WIP (work in progress) preview of your piece before I continue to the next step.

✧ During the sketch phase of your commission, I can completely redraw the rough sketch in this pre-approved stage 1 time. The discarded sketch will be repurposed for another piece of art. You do not get to claim it.

✧ Once you have approved the sketch, I will being lining and coloring your commission.

✧ From here, you will NOT receive any more in-progress shots until it is finished
✧ When finished, I will ask for any minor last-minute changes that need to be done to the piece (this is typically small color or detail alterations)

✧ After work is completed, you are free for 1 minor edit (such as a missed marking that I have missed in the reference. If it was not clearly present in the reference provided, depending on severity, you may have to pay for the more involved edit up to an additional $20).

✧ Any major changes to the piece at this point WILL be charged for the amount of time it takes to fix!

4. REFUNDS
✧ If a piece is not satisfactory upon completion, I WILL NOT issue a refund. It is your responsibility to communicate any issues you may have with the piece during the sketch phase.

✧ If I have not yet started on the piece, a refund can be discussed.

5. CREDITING & REPOSTING
✧ ALL ART THAT I CREATE MUST BE CREDITED TO ME WITH A LINK TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE.

✧ I reserve the right to publicly display, advertise, post, or not post any and all of the artwork I create.

✧ I reserve the right to use any artwork I create, including commissions, for commercial purposes such as merchandising, although I will still ask for permission.

✧ I you wish to keep a commission private, and not posted publicly on my social media or used for commercial purposes, I will charge an extra 30% on top of the total base cost of the commission. I use commissions to promote my work, and removing that removes my ability to reach new clients, support myself, and grow as an artist on a day-to-day basis.

✧ You may repost art I have created to your page if you were the one to commission it, or you own the character depicted.

✧ Once you receive your completed commission, you may post it at any time, no need to wait for me, though it is appreciated.
✧ If I have designed a character for you, you MUST credit me whenever the reference sheet is posted.

6. ADOPTS & DESIGNS
✧ Adoptables and character designs are offered whenever commissions are open, unless stated otherwise.

✧ I will provide custom quotes for custom characters.

✧ You MAY:
- Gift, trade, and resell adoptables/designs
- Make very small edits to the final design (eye color, remove a marking, add a single marking, etc.)
- Repost with credit to me as the designer.

✧ You MAY NOT:
- Sell them for more than what you paid for (unless additional artwork is included)
- Completely change the artwork
- Change the species
- Post the design without credit to me as the designer
