Curiosity may have killed your cat. But mine, he killed curiosity, dragged it home for dinner, and let me tell you, revenge, I mean curiosity, tastes f*cking sweet.
I draw, not too often, but none of it is furry, and none of it is near as great as the stuff I add to my watch list. Some of it has animals, but not anthro animals. I don't color my stuff too often. Pencil is definitely my friend, and color isn't erasable (I can't do digital).
I would eventually like to get a good picture of my cat tattoo on my back posted as one of my avatars. I drew it myself, and it is actually a pretty good rendition of my furry side (before it changed to a black serval that is. Now it just represents all Egyptian cat goddess, namely Bast and Sekhmet,in general). Very sensuous, if I do say so myself. I'm pretty good at drawing tattoos for people, I have discovered lately. They give me an idea of what they would like for the content, and I 'wala' (yeah, I know, it's voila. I was imitating the sound, and badly). No human bodies or faces though. Can't get those right, yet. I don't even know if I care to try. Non-anthro animals work though.
Current variations of avatars are part of a bigger picture I commissioned from
Silverone. Go to her page and praise her, because you know you are inferior.
If for any reason someone should read this and, by some stretch of the imagination, want to ask: I'm not taking commissions for tattoo designs(not that I've even posted any examples yet, so why would anybody be asking. I'm not that full of myself). I'm not that confidant, yet...maybe never. But I'll post some of the one's I've drawn to show all and sundry my ability thus far. Note: I finally got my scarab tattoo in May. It looks great.
Thanks to all who have helped me feel more a part of this community :). .....Especially

Your existence is superfluous.

She's born! (G)
Yep, that's right my watchers, my daughter Katarina Loren is born! She was due August 26th, but she decided to come August 11th. Good thing too, cause even at 2 and 1/2 weeks early, she weights 7 1/2 pounds! I shudder to think what she would have weighted (and I would have had to push out without pain meds) if she'd been born on time.
And yes, I succeeded in giving birth to her at home, with my midwife, husband and two friends, without pain meds. In fact, the actual labor (the part where you push) only lasted 3 hours, and the previous parts of the labor (with the increasingly painful contractions) lasted maybe 3 as well. For those of you that don't know, for a first time birth, that is amazingly quick.
And, I also succeeded in working right up until my delivery day. Monday the 10th I worked as normal, with some lower abdominal pain, but it wasn't bad enough for me to think "I'm in labor or something". Really I just thought she was bearing down more, like they tell you the babies do weeks before they're due.
I got home from work at 10 pm and started having increasingly frequent pains that could not be overlooked. Tried to sleep, didn't succeed, and at 7am I called my midwife and told her I thought I was having false labor. She informed me that false labor would have stopped by then, and that she was on her way over, cause I was probably in labor.
She got here at 10am, and I did my thing from there. She was born at 2:26 today.
In any case, I thought I'd let you all know. All is well, she's healthy, I tore a little, but nothing big (just a few stitches), and we're all getting to know each other.
Any questions, feel free to ask!

xk2x did the icons ^^ Let me know what you think of both.
Here you go. :) I fixed some lighting issues. Yes, I am OCD, why do you ask?
JK :P
Hope you like it. The fixes are minor but make a big diff imo.
