📝Payment of the order means that you are familiar with this T. O. S.
📝Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from liability.

Money matters:
💸Payment is only made via Paypal.
💸Full prepayment or a payment plan that satisfied me.
💸The value of the currency is only the us dollar.
💸As soon as the payment is made, you can not refuse the Commission, therefore, a refund is not possible.
💸Payment is made only after a full description of the order and providing the necessary links.
💸You will receive a full refund (or part of the work performed) if due to life circumstances I cannot fulfill your order.

Please note:
☝️I have the full right to block a user permanently if they have repeatedly deleted their bids under YCHs.
☝️You don't need to write to me every day with questions about when it will be ready. Have patience.
☝️When I start working on your order, I send you a preliminary sketch to clarify the pose and other details.
☝️If the sketch is not approved by you within a week, the Commission is issued in the form in which it was originally sent, without further amendments.
☝️In each of my works, I will specify the owner of the character.

Rights:
🧤I reserve the right to use works of art in printed materials.
🧤If you provide an incomplete description of all the work, I have the right to request additional payment for correcting errors in the Commission.

Policy for adopted children:
👩‍👧‍👦You are not allowed to upload all the sketches you received while working from me to your gallery.
👩‍👧‍👦You can only download a smaller cover version in the gallery. Large size for personal use only.
👩‍👧‍👦It is forbidden to remove my watermark from work. It is also forbidden to put your own or someone else's watermark.
👩‍👧‍👦I reserve the right to leave the logo on my works in the lower right corner (does not apply to the adoptions that you buy).

✅I bring the anatomy closer to the real human. However, if your character has any abnormalities in the anatomy, then most likely, I will willingly agree to work with it.
✅I pull my muscles, but within reason!
⚠️I only draw with clear reference material. For example, the color palette should not be described in words.
⚠️I draw characters who are over 18 years old. (applies only to NSFW)
✅I draw any biological fluid, with the exception of vomiting.
❌I don't draw pregnancy, weapons, orgies, tattoos, giant muscles, or certain types of wings.

👔some clothing materials (such as fur or fabric detailing)
🐉scales (bird, snake, fish)

🌄a complex background, such as a landscape or interior.

Notes:
❗️I have every right to interpret your character in my own style.
❗️Changes are accepted at the sketch stage.
❗️Don't forget to specify the image format
❗️The work process depends on the complexity of the order and my life circumstances. I always let you know if there are any issues.
❗️If you need to get a job by a certain deadline, please write in advance. Learn about these things, say, a month in advance. Tell me when you need a finished job, and I'll tell you when I can start. The more time, the better.
❗️If you need to keep a work of art secret for a certain time (a gift for a birthday or other holiday), specify the time when ordering the Commission.
