I've only been "drawing" since 2006 when Herbie Bearclaw encouraged me to trace some dogs and develop my "talent." I did this for a bit until I changed job hours from over night to 2nd shift and my free time was cut down. Also, I felt like I'd fallen into a rut and ran out of ideas. Earlier in 2010, the art bug bit again, and I've been drawing ever since. I have a DA account and finally got this account to spread my crappy "it's dogs" art to furs everywhere.
I'm an Old English Sheepdog, Disney type. I'm serious. You can bet on it. Ask any of the grey muzzles from the old ALF newsgroup. :)
I have been active in this furry world since late 1996. Here's the classic website that details all of my early days and later times too: http://ricdog.us/doghouse/
I'm the producer of the Radiolawn radio show since 1999. (It's a 1/2 hour comedy radio show with occasional furry content.) http://ricdog.us/radiolawn/ It airs LIVE, Sunday Nights at 10:30pm EST on Boomer The Dogs Doggy Radio stream: http://boomerthedog.com/radio/ --Old and New shows air, but NEW shows are streamed here LIVE first.
Also I'm the co-host "Doggy Radio" http://boomerthedog.com/radio/ LIVE! Starting at 11pm EST Sunday Nights
My motto since I found this furry internet deal is "Respect each other's level of involvement." Seems we need a little more of this.
I have two fursuits. Ric O Classic is an oldie, had it since 1994 and was a creation of my own. Then there's RicSheepy, a modified Brokken gift that is a real sheepdog.
BLOG Featuring my "JUNK" drawer and commentary on why I didn't throw it away: http://ricdog.us/htmly/
...or just access all my web debris in a one shot site: http://ricdog.us/index

Press Release- Doggy Radio (G)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: EXECUTIVE PRODUCER CHUCK SCHICK
NEW TIMES FOR SUNDAY INTERNET FAVORITES
http://boomerthedog.com/radio/
Up until a few weeks ago, if you wanted to be entertained by live internet chat audio, after 10PM EST on Sunday nights, you'd need to wait until 3am to hear two longtime radio refugees yukking it up for a few hours while playing some deep cuts. You think Arbys meat nuggets or Wendys chicken "tendies" may be edible depending on the way they they are handled by minimum wage. These two are questionably ready for "just after prime time EST" or "Sleep is good after 2am" Sunday nights.
I'm speaking of "Doggy Radio" which for the new year, has assumed an 11PM EST starting time leaving their 3AM Monday morning confusion starting time. "It's nice to be on officially at 11 PM" says longtime co-host of Doggy Radio who goes by "Ricochet Sheepdog". "With the selected sauce covering those meaty cubes, it almost makes a stew anybody would be happy chewing."
Sunday listening starts just after longtime internet favorite "Funday Pawpet Show" ends their program. (6PM until 10PM EST https://pawpet.tv They've been doing a live internet broadcast on Sunday since 1999.)
At 10PM EST is a special, newly produced, all music program produced by the other half of the Doggy Radio show who goes by "Boomer The Dog" It's the musical buffer between the video fun of the Funday Pawpet show and the weak barely comedy of the 10:30 offering. To quote Boomer: "Arf..arf arf..boof" (Translated via one of them cheap devices from Chiner: "Food? Food? That was easy.")
At it's new time 10:30, the Radiolawn show appears at it's new time. It's a new time. New and old material, purporting to be humor at a new time. This gives everybody a new time to get ready for bed at a new time.
Then at 11PM EST Doggy Radio mixes a great variety of music, commentary, humor all with a dog related theme running through but barely boofed about. It's 3 hours of fast moving fun that can now be experienced live rather than hearing it as a pawdcast. (Yes, they did this stuff at 3am for more than 12 years...OHY!)

Continue to have fun on the intrawebs Sunday rather than tuning to broadcast TV and watching the end of the third quarter of footybah or your late local news. Doggy Radio Stream Sundays starting at 10PM EST
