Good news! I called my computer repair service, and they said that my computer should be fixed sometime this week, which means it should be mailed to my house by early next week!

Now, unfortunately since I'm a truck driver who transports freight all across the country, getting home to retrieve my fixed computer within the next few weeks is easier said than done. I really wouldn't expect to be allowed to go home for another month still.

However, once I am able to get home, and FINALLY get my laptop back, I should be able to actually produce some decent artwork!

Unfortunately, when it comes to my art that was on my laptop, which included some pieces I was working on, because the issue was a hard drive failure, all my personal files, including my art, were lost, and so I'll have to start from scratch. Which isn't too big a deal, it just means it'll take a little longer to produce something once I do get the laptop back.

I'd draw on paper, but my scanner kinda died, so showing you guys traditional art could be quite a challenge. At least until I can get a new scanner, which actually may not be for quite some time.
Any recommendations for a decent, easily transportable scanner would be appreciated. Maybe one that is paired with a printer?


Anyway, hopefully I'll be able to start producing art again within a month or so.
I sure hope I didn't get too rusty from not drawing so long! ^^;
