Oarthan's are a mostly feral species due to their environment being less developed. The oar lives in packs, tribes or cities, they prefer damp hot places and will be found sun napping

Feral behavior:

they use only body language to communicate. with kits being able to chirp. when threatened they lower their upper half and snarl, Tail and fins shake. They kill by a crunch to the skull. They breed as soon as able and can have 3-12 kits. Only on 4's and meat only

Antho behavior:

They have a complex language and write with pencils their mouths , They wear makeup and general body paint for festivals and holidays. (They can be both on 4 and 2 legs depending on how anthro you want) they breed whenever comfortable but typically at 15-20 oarthan and can have 1-3 kits. Eats fruits and meat

-they lay water eggs like frogs
