In your order message tell me about your wishes, provide me with all the necessary details. I am willing to discuss any specific requirements or features of your order. You don't have to be verbose, I won't mind if you leave the process entirely to my personal discretion or if the direction of the idea will be decided along the way (meaning active discussion of plans for the work step by step, but this does not apply to edits to an already accepted and drawn idea).
After I receive all the necessary information, I will provide you with a preliminary estimate of the cost and turnaround time (deadline). Please note that the final estimate may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the job and additional requirements. One thing is invariable - before the work starts, a fixed price is set without floaters in the form of additional fees in the future (does not apply if we decide the idea of the work in the process). The surcharge is individualized and can also depend on the desired deadline: less deadline - more I charge. The standard deadline is a month.
If you agree with the preliminary estimate, I will proceed to create a sketch of the work. In this stage, you and I will work closely together to make sure that the result meets all expectations. Until the final stage I am ready to make necessary changes and refinements for free, but only if they are not decisive for the whole picture (large enough, for example, the whole coloring) and were not approved at the previous stages. In other cases I can ask for additional payment for changes.
Once you purchase a work, you receive rights to own and use that work under copyright law.
HERE ARE THE BASIC RIGHTS YOU RECEIVE
⓵ Display rights: You have the right to display the art publicly, such as posting on social media and other platforms.
⓶ The right to resell: You can sell the art to another person if you decide to get rid of it (for example, with the sale of the character for which the art was drawn). This means that you can transfer ownership of the artwork to another person with all rights, but you cannot assign the copyright of the artwork itself.
⓷ Right to Use: You may use the art for any authorized purpose, including use in commercial projects, advertising, or personal use.

However, it is important to note that when you purchase art, you do not get the copyright to the artwork itself. The intellectual rights remain with the artist who created the art. This means that you cannot claim authorship of the work or use it as your own work.
